I underwent an aesthetic procedure on my nose at Dr. Toncic's polyclinic. The staff at the clinic were very kind individuals who took great care of me after my surgery. Dr. Dinko Toncic, the surgeon, is very skilled in modifying an individual's nose to their looks, leaving them with a nose that looks proportional to the face and an overall better physical appearance. I am very happy with my nose now and would recommend polyclinic Toncic to anyone seeking a satisfying rhinoplasty result.

I had a rhinoplasty and brow lift treatment. Really happy with the results, the nurses were very caring and the doctor was helpful. My personal assistant was also very helpful and supportive :). Would recommend to anyone that wants to get a treatment done.

I am very impressed with all their work since we arrived everything has been beyond what I expected, from the driver to the nurses and doctors, everyone gave me an exceptional experience, my surgery was 1 month ago and even though I was nervous they relaxed me and take care of me more than I was expecting. Now after 1 month post-operation I have managed to lose 21kg, I am very happy as I know I have made the right choice. Also I am very pleased with the support that I have been receiving from the whole team.

I am in the process of scheduling my surgery but if the experience with Coordinator Zuhal is any indication of how this is going to go, I’m here for it. She is AMAZING!! Zuhal has been attentive and answered my million questions with patience and knowledge. Clearly she is an expert in this field and passionate about the work. I appreciate how she walked through everything and made the experience about what was best for me, not pressuring me on anything and more importantly, not making me feel like my questions were dumb. I had my gastric sleeve operation in December 2022. The whole process went incredibly well. Sevim was so supportive and amazing throughout the 4 days I was at the hospital also communicating with me before and after. Dr Cenk is an outstanding surgeon and the nursing team provides you with excellent care. Since the operation, I’ve lost 45kg and I’m now at a healthy weight. I honestly believe Dr Cenk and his team at the hospital saved my life. The hospital is incredibly clean, you are made to feel comfortable throughout the process and every member of staff goes above and beyond for you. I’d highly recommend Dr Cenk and this hospital for anyone considering this surgery. An excellent experience.

At first, I was slightly worried about my surgical procedure (as another person would) - but I was reassured constantly by my consultant who was always approachable, and answered any concerns that I may have had. My experience in Türkiye was delightful, and the staff were professional and polite. My operation was a success and the Doctor was always available afterwards if I needed any questions answered. I would recommend this practice to anyone and hopefully next year, I shall return for further surgical treatment. ☺️

I had Rhinoplasty done with Dr. Fi because I was very unhappy with the size and shape of my nose. I chose to go with Doctor Fi from the look of his work that is available on Instagram. He offers a signature nose shape called “Barbie Nose” which I really liked. Also, the price was extremely affordable. My first impression of Dr Fi is he is gracious and down to earth, sweet warm and caring. Thank you so much.

I had Facial feminisation surgery in May 2021 and Professor Stajcic is nothing short of magical with the results he has given me. My natural femininity has been allowed to shine through to its full potential and he listened carefully to my requests and made suggestions of his own to ensure I got the best results possible. I have next to no visible scarring and am ecstatic with my result.

I attended this lovely clinic 6 days ago for UltraClear Superficial. Numbing cream was applied roughly 30 minutes before the procedure, it may have been longer but I was feeling very relaxed, laid on a massaging bed listening to music of my choice. Photo’s were taken and the treatment began. I’m not going to lie, the treatment was uncomfortable around my ears and the sides of my mouth but was soon forgotten because it was over so quickly. I was very red afterwards and you could see imprints on my neck from the machine, I did bleed a little but no pain. The clinic advised to take paracetamol if needed but it wasn’t necessary. You’re given a care package to take home to clean and moisturise the area and this does work, a little smelly but it does the job brilliantly. The following morning was a shock, my pillow case was a little bloody and my face even redder but no pain. Six days on and my face is already glowing, it’s amazing how quickly you recover. Don’t hesitate in having this treatment, you need to plan the downtime, if you don’t want anyone to know, I would allow a week to be on the safe side. The clinic itself is lovely, very clean, the staff are friendly and the practitioners are very professional. You are made to feel special. I understand why they win so many awards. Just go and see for yourself, you won’t be disappointed. The photos are on day 1 and 6. Still a little red around the neck on day 6 but could easily be hidden if necessary.

I have chosen this clinic, as I follow them on social media. Their reputation and ethics impressed me. Upon visiting the clinic on 2 occasions, both my nurses were lovely. As a 59-year-old, I appreciated their knowledge and honesty.

I had Gynecomastia surgery at this clinic a couple of weeks ago and was impressed, this was the first time I had been abroad so it was quite a daunting venture to undertake. The patient coordinator (Nikola) was brilliant! Helped me book the flights, find a hotel which was right next to the clinic and answer my countless questions. Overall the clinic was clean and modern looking, the staff were friendly and welcoming, yeah would recommend it.

Dr. Weinberg and his staff are excellent, with zero negatives. Kind, thoughtful, professional, and did a better surgery than I had hoped for. I am more than pleased with the results. I couldn't have asked for better. I HIGHLY recommend him. And a special thanks to his staff, who were nothing less than wonderful.

Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.
