From enquiry to post op, everything went well. My patient coordinator was Sena and she was absolutely fantastic and personable. She was always at hand to answer my questions. I had three procedures which they quoted me a good price. Dr Turkmen did all three procedures (rhinoplasty, labiaplasty, breast augmentation) and he was very pleasant. At the hospital I had Ecem, who was very patient with me and took time to explain the paperwork to me. Since returning home I have been in regular Contact with both Sena and Ecem. Thank you Vanity for assisting me with my improving my life. I'm very grateful. Follow their advice and drink plenty of water post op😉.

Dr Dinko and his team were absolutely fabulous from start to finish. The price initially attracted me to the clinic as it was so much cheaper than the UK but there was no compromise on the quality of care and the skills of Dr Toncic. I am so glad I chose them for a procedure I have wanted since I was 15 years old and now aged 38 I have finally done it. As an added bonus I also got to spend 9 fantastic days in wonderful Zagreb. I have just completed treatment for smart lens replacement with Catch Life. The service I have received has been second to none starting before I even left home and continuing throughout my stay here in Antalya. The team at Catch Life have been on hand to answer any questions and was with me in person for every stage of my treatment. Every little detail was explained to me thoroughly and so at no stage was I confused as to what was happening. The hotel and clinic were immaculate and the Doctor I saw was just superb. On examination, I was told I had little cataracts and stigmatism in my right eye and my left eye needed some work on the cornea. To my amazement, all this treatment was completed without extra charge before the fitting of the lens. In total, I believe the process per eye was completed in under twenty minutes with zero pain. Less than a day after my surgery I was able to read even the smallest print on my eye drop medication without glasses. I still find myself reaching for my reading glasses out of habit and the feeling of knowing I will never need them again is incredible. I cannot praise the team at Catch Life enough. They arranged all my medication and all transportation went so smoothly. They even offered advice on where to try traditional Turkish food and after yesterday’s treatment, they offered to take me to Kaleici, the old city instead of back to my hotel. I would strongly recommend anyone considering treatment in Turkey to use their service. You will not be disappointed.

Overall a great experience. From the consultation to the procedure I felt like a patient rather than a client. I feel everything was explained clearly and everything went on time. It was my first such procedure so I can not compare. But overall I had a great experience and I would highly recommend this surgeon & clinic.

Generally, the reception up to and including the whole investigation was amazing. The coordinator, Muge was especially awesome and indeed outstanding in all respects, including follow-up. I found the staff including the Doctors display a high level of professionalism and care. He treats me with care and love. He did not make any judgment on me. He fully understands my background, tradition, and religious issues. I came to him to have a "Hymenoplasty" surgery, so I could continue my life without suffering from the honour of virginity. He did a great job on "Hymenoplasty" surgery without any pain. The surgery healed pretty well as nothing had happened before. When I felt pain, I made a call after work time hours, and he called my phone number immediately to make me feel comfortable and relieved. I had a Septor Rhinoplasty and it was great to feel so welcomed and doctor was amazing first, during and after surgery. Paying attention to every detail. Very happy with final result so far. I also had a hair transplant. Dr. Cinik was amazing as always, great work and fantastic staff. I'm completing 7 days after that and I'm happy with the result so far. I had a mommy makeover (breast implants with lift, tummy tuck, 360 lipo) and a rhinoplasty at the same time with Dr. Bali. I'm about 3 months post-op and have been really happy with my experience and results so far. He's an excellent doctor, who is extremely knowledgeable, approachable and made me feel calm throughout the whole surgical process. Waiting time was quick and efficient. Aftercare treatment and facilities were excellent. Nursing staff were incredibly friendly and attentive especially Myra, everyone is super friendly.I highly recommend Dr. Bali. I'm not one for writing reviews but I know I did a ton of research before landing on Bali Clinic in Istanbul. Hopefully this helps people who are researching now. You will not be disappointed.

I could not have asked for a better surgeon. Dr. Safa Manav is extremely detail-oriented and has a beautiful surgical technique. I am so pleased with his work. Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful. From the minute you are picked up from the airport, the Health Direct team does an excellent job of providing excellent customer service and ensuring your comfort. They are incredibly polite. Ezgi is extremely sweet and treats us like family and friends while remaining professional. Until we got home, she made care to check on us every day. Oguz, whom we saw frequently and who is also bright, assisted us with therapies we were interested in pursuing in addition to what we had originally come for. I appreciate the excellent care we received, which piqued our interest in visiting Turkey again for both vacation and for medical purposes.
