Repaired porcelain tooth

My wife cracked her porcelain front tooth while we were on holiday in Istanbul. I searched for a dentist in Istanbul and phoned PositiveDent. I spoke to Dr Mehmet and explained our problem. He told me we can come over immediately to his clinic. We were there within 45 minutes and were shown into Dr Mehmet's clinic within 10 minutes. Dr Mehmet repaired my wife's tooth, advising us to contact my wife's dentist when we returned back home as at such short notice he could only make a temporary repair. If it was not for Dr Mehmet, our final few days of our holiday would have been ruined. We had an excellent service and on top of that Dr Mehmet refused to charge us and fixed the tooth for free. My wife and I do not have enough words to thank Dr Mehmet. Thank you.

Cleaning, Fillings

I have been seeing Dr. Özlem now for over a year and couldn't be happier with the treatment received. I do not enjoy visiting the dentist but she has a very calming and relaxing manner which was wonderful! My work schedule was accommodated for when making my appointments, she only did what was necessary without trying to sell me extra treatment and the price was extremely reasonable. I was recommended here by a friend and have since recommended to my friends.

I have attended at this dental clinic for various treatments over the past year including veneers, fillings, the making of mouth guards, whitening and routine check ups. I am always very impressed by the very high level of friendliness and professionalism at this clinic. The clinic is very clean, modern and welcoming. Appointments are always on time. Dr Ozlem is always cheerful, friendly, in a good mood and is a perfectionist. She speaks perfect English and goes to great lengths to explain in detail the procedure so the patient completely understands the treatment they will be having, the cost and feels totally at ease. When I have e-mailed or called the clinic she always responds very promptly. I have found the other dentists, technicians and receptionist to be very friendly, professional and helpful. I have been very happy with the results to my teeth and have friends who have also visited this practice whose smiles have been greatly improved following treatment at this practice. I would thoroughly recommend this dental practice.
