Amazing experience. I love Dr Cassim and his team. You feel at ease as he walks you through everything he’s doing. He’s gentle with his hands and you can tell this is someone who’s passionate about his patients and what he does. He’ll tell you if he’s about to do something that will cause discomfort and explain why he has to do something. He educates you upon every visit and definitely doesn’t exaggerate or lie to get you to do a procedure with him. His team is also very welcoming and informative. His practice feels like home and I will always recommend it to my Joburgers.

The practice submits claims directly to medical aid, which is a bonus too. Very efficient, great at communication and great dental work.

I had a broken/chipped front tooth. Dr Cassim did an excellent repair and explained what he was doing the entire time. Excellent service, sparkling clean rooms and perfect work.

Treatment of an abscess.

Dr Cassim was friendly, informative, professional and most importantly gentle with his treatment of my extremely painful tooth. I was only in Johannesburg for 2 days and due to a very bad abscess, I had to find emergency treatment whilst I was there. The hotel I was staying at organised an appointment with Dr Cassim, who made himself immediately available to provide me with the treatment that I desperately needed.

I went for a general checkup plus a clean and polish only to find out from Dr Cassim that I needed numerous filling's done. Every step of the process was handled really professionally from the x-rays to explaining what he would be doing to have my teeth back into great shape.

I chose this clinic as it was close to my work and had availability for booking times. I am petrified of dentists. I’ve seen a few and my experience has never been great. Dr Cassim is an excellent dentist. He is kind, patient and causes no pain. I was shaking in the dentist chair but his expertise did not make me feel any pain. In fact, when he pulled my tooth out I was surprised as I didn’t feel anything.
