I have been treated by James Rousseau for various issues over the past twenty years - Back problems and plantar faciitis. But I only see James when I am in pain. He calmly deals with my 'end of the world' position, "Will I ever walk again? Do I need to buy a wheelchair?" Then he just focuses on my problem. A month ago, I was struggling to walk from my lounge to the kitchen. Three treatments later and I am fully mobile and pain-free. Great value, very friendly staff, so it is a big thank you from me. I cannot recommend James highly enough. Do not hesitate.

I've been suffering for over 30 years with chronic pain down my left shoulder and arm. Having tried many other forms of treatment including physio, acupuncture and massage, I thought I would give chiropractic care a go. "Wow!" Results in my first treatment session! I was and still impressed by the friendly staff, the care and service by my chiropractor and having been a long-term patient due to the nature of my health concerns. I found William to be empathetic, clear and knowledgeable. Although new in his career, I find that I trust William and the clinic and believe they bring about fabulous results for me. I have referred others, and their feedback is also excellent.

treatment for neck primarily

I just wanted to say thank you to Dr Rousseau for the treatment of my prolapsed discs in my neck. His treatment managed to alleviate my symptoms effectively and I feel I have been my life back. I now have full range if movement in my neck after having a period of not being able to even hold my head up, nevermind move it. I much preferred this route to the NHS favoured surgical option, of which the surgeon stated may or may not help my symptoms. Highly recommended.

Friendly, well informed, and put me at ease. My treatment is likely to go on for a while, as the biomechanical assessment confirmed my interpretation of my symptoms. I am more than happy with the service and value for money. I have finally got some answers that the NHS have not understood for over 18 months. I am happy to go back for further treatment.

General Practices

Treatment after 20 sessions pretty much cured my 20-year old neck pain and 15-year old back pain. I feel I can walk better, my last X-rays (May 2011) reveal that all the damage and misalignment of my spine and neck are cured: the degeneracy of my lumbar disks has stopped, the bony spikes has dissolved and my cervical vertebrae are perfectly aligned with no inflammation. Staggering results.
