The practitioner that I saw was so nice. Very friendly and professional. She spent time talking to me about my problem and then explaining the spine and what my problem was.We did some exercises and a full examination plus some manipulation, but every step she was asking if I was ok etc...Treatment plan was discussed and I will be seeing Penny regularly.Highly recommended! 5stars!!
