Went with Both My back and treatment for PBBV vertigo. Back much better and the physio helped enormously. Then went for Vestibular Rehabilitation for my neck. Quickly diagnosed with PBBV neck manipulation given and I was absolutely delighted how quickly I felt better —was within two days of having the neck procedure. Highly recommend this clinic for whatever your needs may be.

At Perth Chiropractic Clinic we can perform acupuncture as a stand alone treatment or combine it with manipulation. We will always discuss the options with you. Western medical acupuncture is a therapeutic modality involving the insertion of fine needles; it is an adaptation of Chinese acupuncture using current knowledge of anatomy physiology and pathology, and the principles of evidence based medicine. While Western medical acupuncture has evolved from Chinese acupuncture, its practitioners no longer adhere to concepts such as Yin/Yang and circulation of qi, and regard acupuncture as part of conventional medicine rather than a complete “alternative medical system”. It acts mainly by stimulating various trigger points probably nerve fibres to release the bodys own opiods. Western medical acupuncture is principally used by conventional healthcare practitioners, most commonly in primary care.  Ask one of our Clinicians if Medical Acupuncture maybe of benefit to you.
