Having competed in swimming on a National and International level for many years, I always valued keeping myself in top shape to compete. I had ongoing foot pains for several years, from being on my feet and standing for long hours at work. Barely able to work, having taken 3 weeks off I could not walk a flight of stairs, or stand for any length of time. In desperation I booked an appointment with Richmond Clinic as my GP could not help me apart from medication which did nothing. I was examined and diagnosed with plantar fascitus by Dr Patel. After just 3 treatments of focused shockwave, I am able to take my dog for a good hour's walk, not reliant on the pain medication and happily back to work. So glad I contacted Physiocare. I was In a lot of pain with a rotary tendon I'd damaged in my arm. Opting for the ultrasound treatment with exercises, my arm is nearly back to normal with one more treatment to go. Worth every penny.
