Max’s primary focus is to inspire people to become more active, as he firmly believes that a healthy body and mind leads to a happy life. By getting to the root cause, and aligning people to move properly, this will ultimately alleviate many people’s complaints associated with musculoskeletal problems.

He graduated with a Master’s degree from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic and is also a qualified personal trainer.

As such, Max’s passion is within functional rehabilitation and biomechanical analysis. He is enthusiastic to share his knowledge and guidance, and help people achieve their health goals in order to reach their full potential.
