I have been undergoing treatment for a shoulder and back problem and after only 5 sessions I am feeling the benefits. Jess is my chiropractor and she is very passionate about what she does, any questions or concerns you may have she is more than happy to discuss them with you. It's a great clinic, all the staff are so friendly and welcoming, will definitely be referring people to the clinic as they really do make a difference to your wellbeing.

• Comprehensive review of your health history You will be asked to complete a health history questionnaire which gives us a good overview of your general health history, this is important in understanding how your past may have contributed to your current chiropractic health. • Chiropractic Examination (Orthopaedic, Neurologic and Palpation) Your dedicated chiropractor will carry out an initial chiropractic examination, covering things like flexibility, range of movement, posture and many other general areas. • Postural & Spinal Assessment As part of your examination we will cover your posture, a key part of assesing your general chiropractic health. • X-ray imaging If your chiropractor feels it necessary they will carry out a digital spine x-ray. This will help in many cases to quickly ascertain the root cause of any pain and discomfort you are experiencing. (any number of x-rays needed are included) • A report of findings Following your initial chiropractic consultation we will book a date for you to return so we can run through a full report of findings with you. This will explain what was found in the consultation and x-rays, our recommendations and your on-going treatment plan.

Dr Nolan was very friendly and keen to help. Reassured me and gave a management plan for a way forward with bad pain in the lower back. After one adjustment, things felt a lot better and over a few weeks the pain declined. It was so good being pain free, I now see Dr Nolan for a regular check up to keep things pain free.

First of all, you have the wrong address for Farrell Physiotherapy. They are at The Old Coal Yard off the Braintree Road on the edge of Chelmsford. Mr Farrell put me totally at ease, treated me as an intelligent person, explained he was sure pain wasn’t originating in the artificial knee but from lumbar spine. Suggested exercises which “must not hurt be gentle and build up slowly”. Then sent them by email to me. Will be seeing him again this coming Friday ie two weeks from first appointment. Extremely good value financially. Originally chose because wrong online address was that of my GP surgery.
