I've suffered from upper back pain for over 15 years and in that time, I've had all kinds of treatments, including sports massage, chiropractic, physio and osteopathy and nothing alleviated my pain. When I made my appointment with West Wickham Chiropractic, I didn't really have any expectations, but within 4 sessions, my pain has significantly lessened. My back feels looser and the constant spinal pain I experienced on a daily basis, has all but gone. I'm confident that over the coming weeks with regular treatment, my back pain will disappear completely. I would recommend Greg as a chiropractor, he is very experienced and knows what he is doing.

I have used Morag in the past where she has successfully treated a neck problem that I had. Therefore she was the first person that I thought of who might be able to help me with my present problems. Due to the Covid19 situation, I was unable to visit Morag for ‘hands-on’ treatment in person. However, I was extremely pleased to receive a phone call from her, where she listened attentively to all of my woes and we then decided to go online and have a Zoom meeting. During this meeting, she gave me a set of 5 exercises to do, to help both my right shoulder and the carpal tunnel problem that I have in my right hand, due to a fall. Morag demonstrated them first herself, I then tried them out and I wrote them down to then try myself for the next two weeks. Already, just one week later, I am feeling so much better! I can move my shoulder better and I can feel the pain subsiding in my wrist. I am positive that things will improve further over the next week, and then I will get back in touch with Morag, to see if it is possible to book an appointment at her studio, depending on the Covid19 situation. I would like to end by saying that Morag is always totally professional, knowledgeable and empathetic. I would certainly recommend trying her first if you have any musculoskeletal problems.
