Fast forward 37 years that very same lady is still treating me and keeping me mobileKevin, UK, 05 04 21

Some 37 years ago I started having shoulder problems, a work colleague told me about a chiropractor who had solved a back problem for him, so I thought why not give it a try. I was lucky enough to be seen by a lovely young woman who after a few sessions managed to solve the problem, but in doing so also found quite a few more mechanical issues. Fast forward 37 years that very same lady is still treating me and keeping me mobile and helping with pain issues. We’ve both come a very long way together and consider her as a very good friend. In fact, because I’ve been seeing her so long I even get to go on all the staff Christmas parties ( only joking), friendship aside I dread to think how I my life and mobility would be without Jatinder’s amazing treatment.

Trigger Point Therapy
Following injury to a muscle, a “myofascial trigger point” or Trigger Point (TP) may form. This is a small area within a muscle, which, after injury, can remain for many years (long after the original injury has healed), and may cause chronic pain and stiffness. A trigger point is not an area of scar tissue from an injury. It is an area of increased sensitivity in the muscle. When pressure is applied to this point, pain is usually felt at a distant area, this is called . Trigger points can develop in any skeletal muscle, they are found in a specific area of the muscle and each muscle give referred pain to a specific area. To experienced hands a trigger point is felt as a nodule or taut band in the muscle or ligament. As chiropractors we diagnose and treat trigger points on a regular basis and they can be a significant source of pain.
Dry Needling
Dry needling is  a  broad term used  to  differentiate “non-injection”  needling from the practice of “injection needling”. It commonly involves  the needling of myofascial trigger points using acupuncture needles to deactivate and help resolve trigger points.
Spinal Rehabilitation - Neck and Back Injury
How do I correct my muscle imbalance? After consulting your chiropractor, the gym staff will assess you individually to determine which particular muscles need training in order to help correct and prevent future problems. We found he quickly identified the issue and speedily addressed the problemBrian, India, 12 10 23

Jonathan was recommended to me by my son who had a painful back problem. We had both seen other practitioners in the area but Jonathan is by far the best. We found he quickly identified the issue and speedily addressed the problem. I subsequently had surgery on my ankle, a prolonged period on crutches which left me with general alignment issues and a degree of discomfort which Jonathan addressed in a couple of visits. Jonathan is the 1st person my family and friends look to for rectification of any muscular or skeletal issues.

He did an awesome job of bringing my feet back from the deadCharlotte, UK, 09 04 19

I’d been to have medi-pedi's in my 30s in London, but I’d not found a suitable place to go locally until I booked at St. Jude’s. I booked way in advance as the medi-pedi service is very popular. Arrived, receptionists were very friendly and filled in the regulation forms. A couple of minutes later I was called upstairs by Jack. He did an awesome job of bringing my feet back from the dead! The time flew by and I have no idea how he did it, but by some trick of wizardry, my feet now feel amazing! Seriously I would recommend to anyone that is on their feet all day or suffers from dry/hard skin on their feet. My feet really felt *lovely* afterwards and still, do!
