In the Beginning
Gabriela was privileged to receive her early education, studying violin and piano, at a music academy in her home country of Romania.
Although music remains one of her first loves she chose to re-direct her education towards the sciences.
After completing her first degree in Chemistry and Physics, she discovered Chiropractic whilst travelling in Scandinavia. She instinctively embraced the philosophy of the chiropractic profession and recognised that this was a career that could interest her greatly whilst fulfilling an innate desire to better people’s lives.
Chiropractic EducationIt was this decision that brought her to the UK to study at the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic and after a five year course she achieved an Honours degree in Human Sciences and a Master’s degree in Chiropractic. She had the honour of presenting her published dissertation at the Conference of the European Society of Biomechanics in 2000.
Gabriela is an active member of Chiropractic Professional bodies. As a Chiropractor in Milton Keynes, she recognises the importance in maintaining an up-to-date knowledge-base throughout her clinical practice through continuing professional development and education in the wider sphere of nutrition and exercise.
Providing Excellent Clinical Service
Her passion is to provide an excellent clinical service with empathy and understanding. She has an innate instinct to connect to, and understand, her patient’s problems and lives.
Gabriela deliberately selected Milton Keynes as location for establishing her Milton Keynes Chiropractic practice in 2004. She was immediately attracted to the modernity and vitality of the city and the evidence that the area was under-served for much needed chiropractic care.
