After achieving a BSc degree in sports science, She began a 4-year degree in Chiropractic at the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth, graduating in 2009. A member of the United Chiropractic Association and the College of Chiropractors, she is registered on the General Chiropractic Council. She opened Reco Chiropractic in spring 2011. Her interest in chiropractic began after a car accident left her with severe whiplash. She visited a chiropractor and not only did the treatments heal her injury, but also unexpectedly alleviated her eczema, from which she had suffered for years. She became an instant convert to the whole body benefits of chiropractic care, which is not just for back pain, but can be used to treat a wide range of conditions — some people even recommend it for headaches! With a passion for paediatrics and sports injuries, she works with a variety of patients, from babies and expectant mothers to athletes and the elderly, helping them to maintain their well-being and vitality.
