I write to say how good the treatment was I received from Sandra. My head movement was very limited the neck needed adjustment Sandra sorted it. Thank you. I know it was a few years ago now.

I looked for help because my spine was literary on fire. Needless to say, my body was screaming for help! One evening I decided to walk into the practice. Idea was to have a quick visit and a fix and get on with my life. Well, little did I know, how deeply rooted my pain was and that the pain itself didn't happen overnight, but over many years. After my first consultation I agreed to follow, 'the road to recovery', which was a journey that saw me attending the sessions twice a week for a month and once a week after that. Quite quickly I have noticed that my inner space and quietness was growing, my nervous system seemed to be more at peace and I also noted, that even though, my knee was never directly manipulated and adjusted by the practitioner, the pain simply disappeared. My sleep improved, my digestive system became more awake and active and my neck pain started to melt away. My morning numbness in my hands and fingers has also improved. I have been treated not just as another patient with a problem but heard and supported all the way. I will continue with my visits as my body and my mind feel so much lighter. Dr. Ari and Tugba are simply an amazing team!

I started to see Lavinia in December of last year, after the first appointment the numbness in my leg disappeared. I was so thankful as it was starting to really get me down. A few days ago I attended a physiotherapy session with Ms Judith Oliver. This was meant to be a maintenance session since I am already undertaking treatment in my country for a shoulder/back injury. Ms Oliver made me feel welcome and at ease. She explained everything she was doing during the session and the treatment itself (mostly massage). Was very comprehensive and it relieved me of pain almost instantaneously. Moreover, her treatment was very much an extension of what I was having in my own country. Thank you, Judith. You surely made me feel so much better and be in the best position to enjoy my holiday. I am glad I decided to look up a physiotherapist during my holiday. I fully recommend Judith's treatment. Very tranquil.

Thank you Louise for all your help and advice for my running niggles from my knees to pulled muscles and then going over and beyond advising me on my pre race week routine to keep me in the best shape to race. I have always found Louise to be extremely thorough in finding my niggles /pains and giving me the correct information and advice to go forwards and to have made the most out of my visits to her - Thank you thank you.

I have neck and shoulder muscle and upper back problems (having had back problems for many years). I saw Dasha for an hour and found her treatment and advice very helpful and of very good value. She was caring and attentive and the movement in my neck and shoulders feel much better. So much so, I have planned to see her again later this month.
