Dr Greg Sher

Biography:
Achieved his Masters degree in Chiropractic at the University of Johannesburg, South Africa, in 2002. Before heading to London, he ran successful practices in Johannesburg, and was also the Chiropractor to the South African Water Polo team, as well as to the professional cycling team – Team TSN.

He helped run a chiropractic and wellness program at one of the world’s largest companies (BP London office). As a result, he developed a great understanding of the pressures that develops from sitting in front of PC, and of the importance of having correct ergonomics in the workplace.

He actively conducts workshops at small and large corporations, teaching the importance of sitting and standing correctly, and helping people achieve an optimum position at their workstation.

With a special interest in the Chiropractic approach to sporting injuries, with specific experience in bicycle setup, correct training methods and cycling induced muscle and joint problems, Greg has been helping athletes reach their full sporting potential for many years. He has also adjusted elite rowers, rugby players, tri-athletes and runners to help them achieve optimum health and biomechanical function. Delete delete add

Dr Tim Ford

Biography:
Started practice in December 2000. After working for other chiropractors for 2 years, Tim then started and ran his own practice in Adelaide for 8 years before moving back to Sydney in 2011.

Since then Tim has worked at Sydney Spine and Sports Clinic, initially taking over the care of the clientele of the injured Roman Rajek.

has had the opportunity to present some of this information to the chiropractic profession to the Chiropractors Association of Australia at their annual national conference, on behalf of CBP (Clinical Biomechanics of Posture), while also teaching technique to chiropractors during seminars. As such, Tim can provide expert information for both your personal needs, and those of your office and workplace.

Tim will always make sure that he works with you and your body to get the most appropriate amount of movement for your body, so that your joints and muscles can feel better and work in harmony (or as comfortably as possible). Some people need gentle care and movement, while others prefer and respond best to stronger care. Using a combination of manual adjusting, drop table and flexion distraction, as well as the most up to date electronic instrument adjusting, Tim will get your spine and body moving and feeling better again.
