Since 2005, Dr. Sam has been servicing the Canterbury-Bankstown community working in clinics in Campsie, Belmore, Punchbowl and now Roselands. Dr. Sam founded One Stop Health Care in 2011 to be a one stop place for those wanting to improve their health naturally. Whether you are suffering with aches and pains or just want to improve athletic ability or lose weight. We’ve combined state of the art computerised technology with skillful therapists and a client gym and personal trainer to help ensure you reach your health goals sooner.

Dr. Sam completed a bachelor of Chiropractic Science in 2002 followed by a Masters of Chiropractic in 2004. Further interest in soft tissue injuries inspired Dr. Sam to become certified in all of the active release technique (www.activerelease.com) courses making him a soft tissue specialist dealing in all work, sport and repetitive strain injuries.

Biography:
Chris began his studies at the University of New South Wales as a Bachelor of Health and Exercise Science, where he confirmed his clear future goal in physiotherapy. After graduating in 2008 and working the year out in the field of exercise physiology, he then began his Masters of Physiotherapy. This unique combination has allowed him to see problems from the patient’s point of view, along with his extensive injury-prone career across multiple sports. Through his 26 years, Chris has played in competitive level of sports including volleyball, football (soccer), rugby league, boxing and cricket, and been a part of other sports such as squash and tennis.

Chris has also expanded his expertise with further studies, allowing him to incorporate treatments such as:
