Before my consultation with Dr De Beer, I was consulting with a physiotherapist every second week for pain and stress relief on my back. I consulted with Dr De Beer in February 2020,( my first time seeing a Chiropractor), he was very patient with me and the way in which my psyche responded to the treatment, he explained why I responded that way I did as well as every move he was making on my body. My back has been at its best ever since. My next session was in July 2020, which left me feeling absolutely refreshed. Dr De Beer is very PROFESSIONAL, respectful and friendly. I would recommend him to everyone that wants to enjoy physical vitality.

Chiropractic treatment really does not get any better than this. Do this, before running to get meds. It's way longer lasting and heels without feeding yet more meds into our bodies. If you need an adjustment or generally feel out of sorts, then Dr. Gibson at the Lifestyle Chiropractic Clinic is the one to see. No meds, just getting your body back to its natural state. Nine out of ten times I feel hugely better without having to take pain killers or drugs. I too was weary of chiro's and believed the mumbo jumbo about the profession. Living with muscle disease I can say first hand that its my first port of call if I really want relief from any pain or when I simply want to have a sense of well being physically by being pro- active. It really helps that Dr. Gibson's professional yet easy manner makes you feel better mentally too. If you have not tried this route before then this is the clinic to start at. .
