I know two friends who got Ultracel very cheaply via Groupon, and both of them complained that it was a total waste of money because they didn’t even get poor results; they got literally no results at all. What I’ve discovered since going to Dr Rakus for the treatment is that its success depends almost entirely on the quality of the machine used. Cheaper clinics use the cheapest machines, and - surprise surprise – deliver the worst (aka non-existent) results.

Writing this review exactly 2 months after my double eyelid surgery at Glojas. Dr Ali is highly experienced and skilful in what he is doing. I’m very happy with how my double eyelids turn out. But what I’m truly grateful for is his easy-going personality and his patience in addressing all of my concerns during all of the follow-ups. Not forgetting my nurse in charge, Rhea, who try to make me feel as comfortable as possible during my visits, and replied to all of my messages so promptly. I would recommend this clinic to those interested in getting double eyelid surgery.

Fantastic experience. Having been to a clinic in London I can safely say the doctor was more thorough with the scan and explained the treatment plan it more depth and clarity than my previous experience at another clinic. The prices are reasonable. Definitely recommended.

Dr Onuma is a talented and caring professional with a demonstrably sincere and genuine interest in providing the absolute best outcomes for his patients. Even before I decided to become his patient Dr Onuma surprised me by personally contacting me by phone to respond to and discuss my original email query the day after receiving it. This type of personalised service continued throughout my time with him. Dr Onuma has always encouraged me to bring up any concerns I have and has been open and transparent with his responses. I have always felt heard and respected and never felt rushed during phone calls or in-person visits. Due to a long history of dismissive and negative experiences by other professionals in the area of women's health, I had avoided or otherwise tried to ignore the problems I had lived with for so long.
