Treatment at Samantha Ward Aesthetics with the AFT pulsed light system can provide significant improvement. Light energy is absorbed by the blood inside the veins, gently heating up the vessel wall which causes it to collapse and then dissolve, the light is absorbed precisely at target areas so the surrounding tissue is not affected. The sensation of the laser feels like a small static prick within the skin, a medical cooler and numbing cream can be used for clients that think they may find this uncomfortable. After the treatment, skin may be slightly red but this quickly subsides. Between 3-6 treatments are usually required. Treatment frequency is between 2-3 weeks. Treatment time ranges from 5 minutes to 45 minutes. Consultations are complimentary – you have nothing to lose. Prices start from £75. Test patch £25 – It is redeemable on all courses.
