I went to The Ailesbury Clinic after being disappointed by another high profile clinic for a sagging neckline issue. I was amazed at the first FREE consultation with a lovely registered nurse Rebecca that although I wasn't a suitable candidate for Elexis, they are so honest not money grabbers she actually brought me through to the lovely Patrick himself! he assessed me and gave me hope. Then COVID! I got a call from Ailesbury after that and went in again to see if threads would work. Elexis would have been an option with threads but I have a titanium implant in my shoulder so that ruled that out. Patrick again came in he's just so kind and genius with his time and discussed with Dr.Kielty on other options I've never seen such effort put in. When Patrick even went to dig out an older version called Polaris there was no consent form - No stopping him there .....he called me into his office and gave me the number of a specialist in this area who does Not Advertise...he turned down money said no point if it wasn't going to give me the results I wanted. This is rare in society now. I had 2 visits the staff were wonderful (thanks Marie also) and I will go back in a heartbeat as there are no gimmicks, videos or brochures promising the sun, moon and stars and would recommend them to anyone. Another fantastic surprise despite the prestige I was also amazed that the prices were within anyone's reach and some "Skin Clinics" ask more. Thanks again Patrick hope to see you and your wonderful team can see why they love working with you! I can see how much you really care and your success is not just down to your brilliance as an Aesthetic Doctor but Supreme Customer Service. I loved my facial yesterday with Lena. This was my first time having a professional facial like this. I was really looking forward to it and I wasn't disappointed. I felt so relaxed during my facial. I loved the relaxing music it was lovely and I really enjoyed it when she gave me a message on my neck and back during the treatment. I would definitely book in with Lena again. My face had a lovely glow afterwards. My face feels so soft.

I chose this Clinic on the internet. I had a very pleasant consultation with Jenny on 26 September, when she explained every aspect of my electrolysis treatment. Unfortunately, she was not available at the only time that suited me to begin treatment on 1st October. Siobhan treated me instead and she was equally pleasant and professional. The reception staff were likewise. I thought their fees were reasonable. I have another appointment for tomorrow, 7th October. So far, so good.

Lovely experience from start to end, Amelia at the front desk was warm and welcoming and Margaret who did my treatment was lovely and kind. Overall a fantastic visit. Highly recommend.

My husband attended with a very server allergy on his arms. Finally, he got diagnosed and was given the appropriate treatment. I was extremely pleased with his consultation. Found the process very comfortable and I was extremely delighted with the service. Highly recommend. Excellent service from the receptionist to the consultation. Highly recommend extremely efficient.

I don't usually review but this clinic esp Dr Mo should be recognised for what a real Dr/GP should be. Kind, caring, listens and works out a plan for the patient. This clinic is very patient-focused doesn't just fire medication at you. I actually don't think I have ever spoken to a nicer Dr Mo really really listened to me. Thank you to Dr Mo and all at the Ellwood clinic. My situation and health are complex but no stone was left you turned.
