I know two friends who got Ultracel very cheaply via Groupon, and both of them complained that it was a total waste of money because they didn’t even get poor results; they got literally no results at all. What I’ve discovered since going to Dr Rakus for the treatment is that its success depends almost entirely on the quality of the machine used. Cheaper clinics use the cheapest machines, and - surprise surprise – deliver the worst (aka non-existent) results.

So friendly and informative! Honest with how many treatment sessions I needed, with no intention to make me pay more than required. Very detailed in telling me about aftercare and anything which May happen after the treatment. Really great experience.

It is always a pleasant experience going to the facial aesthetics clinic. Julie is extremely professional and very knowledgeable of each procedure, so you feel in good hands and not worried about things going wrong! The receptionist is very pleasant and efficient too.

My appointment was to remove the skin tag on the eyelid which was done very quickly along with a couple of others I didn't even realise were there. Also had some sun damage removed from my face and whiteheads which was a real bonus. All treatments were explained to me and carried out quickly and efficiently. I felt very comfortable and at ease in pleasant surroundings and appreciated the advice given to me on skincare. Very good value for money. Strongly recommend.

After years of searching for the right person I could trust with my face, I found Dr Raquel and I couldn't have chosen a better aesthetic practitioner. Her warm, friendly, knowledgeable and professional manner instantly puts you at ease. She takes the time to really understand your concerns and allows plenty of time for the appointment, so there's lots of time to answer questions and you never rushed. Dr Raquel knew exactly what would work for me and talked me through easy step of the process, making sure I was happy. She's passionate about her industry and seeing big smiles on her clients faces. I just wish I'd found her sooner!

Absolutely amazing. I will highly recommend. Communication all the way. Very polite. I had fillers and treatment for wrinkles. I think for what I've had done it's good value. I feel rejuvenated and happy with my results. I chose this clinic as its close to where I live, plenty of parking at no charge and very easy to get to.

The receptionist was polite as well as organised. The surgeon explained clearly what he was going to do (to remove 2 moles) and the surgery was done promptly, painlessly and without any fuss. Very pleased with everything

Everything from my initial free consultation, through my treatment and aftercare for a small growth on my head and a brown mole on the side of my forehead was absolutely fantastic. Dr Benitez was thorough and sensitive to my needs and so very professional, the operations that she carried out were exceptional. The general care at Dr Benitez's clinic was something I have not experienced before. Caring and professional from the very beginning with aftercare that was so very good. A particular mention has to go to her nurse and her colleagues who were so very friendly, wonderful!! I cannot thank the ladies enough for their care and kindness.

Mole removal on the side of my nose- £250. I found the clinic to be very clean and professional. Laura was clear and knowledgeable on the subject and discussed the procedure with me. We went ahead on the same day, it was no longer than 2 mins and the mole had been removed leaving a small sore. The sore is currently healing and has scabbed and my follow up appointment is in a couple of weeks. So far I am happy with the outcome and pleased I took the step.

I had micro needling done. The procedure was painless before and after with minimal discomfort. There was no downtime. The doctor gave me the necessary creams I needed for post recovery, which saved me a trip to the pharmacy. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I saw a significant result from just one procedure (usually you need 3-4 before you see significant results). Will use again when I travel back to Romania. The clinic was very clean almost like a hospital environment.

I have had a troublesome wart on my finger, that I had tried almost everything to get rid of. Literally had it for years! Then I was recommended to come here and after a couple of treatments it’s gone!!!! Hallelujah! Booked other treatments as the staff make you feel so welcome! I 100% recommend this place. My treatment from start to finish was first class. The staff at the clinic were very professional and the clinic itself was absolutely immaculate.

I have recently started having laser hair removal just for the face and neck with Simone. I have had two sessions so far and I’m really pleased with the results, the hair has reduced significantly and I know with the further 6 sessions the results will be amazing and no more threading and waxing which was just causing trauma to my skin often with skin tears which would leave pigmentation marks. Having laser hair removal for the face is definitely the best decision I have made!!!!

I booked an appointment to have a skin tag removed and was totally delighted with the service I was given. Treatment was done and over in 10 mins to a very high standard. Should I ever require any other treatments I’ll definitely go back there. Thank you to all the lovely staff.
