I am a 57 year old American female and was looking for a great doctor (last minute) to do a thread lift with fillers on me while my husband got his hair done. I was very fortunate to find Dr Ulusal. The clinic is beautiful and she has a wonderful staff. The doctor herself is friendly, with a great bedside manner and also, a perfectionist! That is what you want in a cosmetic dermatologist! I look at least 10 years younger and am very pleased with the results. Tip- bring cash. My bank flagged the transaction and it took an hour to clear up. This of course had nothing to do with Dr Ulusal. I could have saved myself a lot of aggravation and time.

Absolutely superb from consultation to procedure. Communication was clear and very helpful. I can’t fault my experience and would happily recommend to anyone. I had a mole removed and the treatment was first class and not over priced. Would happily go back if I needed anything else done. I chose the clinic as it had a great reputation and the price was very fair. They did exactly what they promised and I was more than happy with their service.

Before going in for my HIFU treatment I did some reading about the procedure, particularly about the side effects. One that had me a bit worried was being blotchy and red as I do have sensitive skin. However, Flavio was so gentle that I didn’t experience any redness after the treatment or pain during the procedure. Their staff is so friendly from the minute you call them to book an appointment to them performing the procedure. They update you with every step of the process so that you are aware of what they are doing to your face. I’ve been coming to the St John clinic for several years. I’m a very satisfied client and wholeheartedly recommend the clinic to others. I regularly have treatment for the frown lines between my eyes, and am always delighted with the result as it makes me look fresher and bright eyed. Helen also injects filler into the lines around my lips. Using tiny amounts she subtly evens out the lines and brings back a younger lip contour. At each visit she spends time discussing what look I want to achieve. I appreciate her aesthetic eye and professional skill and above all know that, with her, I’m in safe hands.
