Have been to many but I loved the way the treatment was handled and information and costs for another treatment I never knew about and will do soon. Absolutely was no pressure just wanted to let me know as was the awesome manner of the young man doing my treatment (so sorry forgot your name but 10/10 great customer service).

I came to an initial consultation with a surgeon at the clinic regarding an otoplasty revision procedure. The surgeon said that she did not have the experience required for the type of surgery that I required and recommended an alternative clinic. The surgeon's frankness and honesty are praiseworthy. The Dermatology Clinic seems to be run in a very professional manner and is highly recommended.

Amazing results!!! Let’s first start with my hair - It had thinned so much that I lost my confidence in myself- pretty embarrassing. HOWEVER, as soon as I started using Arora hair products within 3 months it made a huge difference and now all my work colleagues have not only noticed it but ordered the same product too. I can never thank Arora enough - she has made me feel like a woman again…. I have also indulged in her skin rejuvenation treatment and permanent hair removal (pricey but every penny spent was well worth it). Excellent results!!! The staff is very courteous and polite and the environment very pleasant. The Doctor is amazing, she is really proud of what she does and the results of her happy customers. I went there to treat hyperpigmentation issues and she used her specialized machinery to measure the damage on my skin and how deep the hyperpigmentation was in different areas of the skin. She put together a customized treatment to treat each part. I am looking forward to going back for my second treatment.

I am familiar with their centres in Switzerland. I have done multiple treatments and in particular the Thermage which I do every two years and it keeps the skin tight and firm. They are serious and competent professionals.

I had a seborrheic keratosis on the temple which was treated with a cryo pencil. This fell off naturally after about 10 days and has now left virtually no sign of a lesion at the site. So after about 2 weeks, there is no sign of anything after the initial cryotherapy and healing has been excellent. Obviously, only time will tell whether the keratosis re-appears, however, my opinion is very positive that the treatment was effective. I can recommend Jacqui for her treatment and attention to detail and would have no hesitation in going back for treatment by this method.
