I was reluctant to go under general anesthetic in hospital, and having read many wonderful reviews about Nuacell I had a partial circumcision for a tight foreskin done under sedation on 14/02/25. I concur will all these reviews, the procedure was painless and I'm very happy with the result. Dr Sam is very considerate and respectful and puts you at ease throughout the process. I first went to Dr Matla for a Hydrafacial I saw the lovely Jordan she is nice and friendly and made me feel relaxed, and she talked through everything she was doing it was my first hydrafacial I will definitely be having another. Had my appointment today for cog lift. Had amazing results with Dr Gabrielle. Very warm and welcoming, and gave good advice on the right treatment to have. Looking forward to more treatments in the future.

I attended a free consultation for tattoo removal from fingers of my right hand. I was met at the reception by 3 members of staff all smiling and welcoming! The waiting area as the rest of the clinic is cool and spotlessly clean. I was asked to fill out some basic information forms and asked to wait in a very comfortable waiting area. After all of 2 minutes, I was shown into the consultation room of the practitioner who would later perform the procedure. The lady spoke excellent English (as had the previous staff)and was able to give me all the answers I required. I was given a price per session, informed of how many sessions would be required and then given the option to have the first session immediately, with or without numbing cream. I readily accepted and went for the pain so went without numbing. The initial touch of the laser was like a scratch but that was as bad as it got. It was done in seconds. After I was given a cleansing pack consisting of a cleansing solution, a pair of tweezers, cotton wool balls and 2 different creams and instructions for keeping any wound clear of infection! I booked the next session before leaving. I would have no hesitation in recommending this clinic for their friendly demeanour and their professionalism at all stages!!

Manchester Signature clinic were very easy to deal with from the very start. The admin girls in Glasgow (Main Office) and Manchester were very knowledgeable and informative about my Trigger Thumb treatment. The online and text communication/ consultation before my operation with 2 doctors was excellent. They offer a free online/phone consultation, which is not the case with other clinics who chatge£200/£250. Upon arrival at the clinic we were offered free drinks and snacks. The nurses who prepped me for the operation were very professional and competent. Dr. Sherif Alemari examined my thumb thoroughly before the operation. And stated even at this late stage I could leave with a full refund if I did not want to go through with the operation. This shows they are completely concerned about the patient and not about making money. Totally excellent. The operation was quickly carried out in a professional manner. The after care was excellent too. I was given a comprehensive pack of bandages, sterile pads, tape and Antibiotics. Then a nurse phoned 2 days after my operation to check I was OK. She is ringing back again in a week. I would highly recommend Manchester Signature Clinic. Not just because they charge less than other clinics for this operation but for all the reasons stated here.

I felt immediately welcomed at this clinic. Clean, nice reception area, no wait time. I'm delighted to have met Dr. Garcia. She went through my options and was clear about every procedure. I am more than happy with my laser results. I look forward to seeing her again.
