Amazing service! Had a large skin tag removed and Shaan, Keeley and Simran made my experience so comfortable, they were professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

During the lockdown, I investigated into reversing my pigmentation on my face although having an excellent skin routine now. I had neglected my skin in my younger years with sunbeds and not using high enough SPF so the result was highly pigmented skin which I used to cover with the heavy foundation to conceal. I stumbled across Danielle Lloyd’s Instagram and saw about Obagi I think I must have clicked on how I could purchase the products and I was directed to skin Finity medispa .. after emailing I noticed free consultations were happening, I spoke to Dr Shikha :-) And I haven’t looked back, she is an amazing genuine lady with so much experience I couldn’t help but be intrigued and interested in everything she had to say. Well, 10 weeks on it’s amazing. honestly, the number of comments I am getting as not only is my pigmentation diminishing but the texture and glow of my skin are amazing and throughout lockdown, I haven’t worn foundation and I now feel so much more confident. Although I have been singing the products praises my face speaks for itself .. Obagi Nu-Derm for clearer smoother skin and Dr Shikha at skin finite for all advise. 10 Out of 10. I am waiting for a few more weeks then booking in for a vampire facial.

Seen promptly, very friendly put me at ease as was quite nervous. Very professional and confident made me feel reassured. Treatment was done quickly and was not as bad as I thought it would be. Very happy with the results. Would recommend to friends.

This clinic is in the town centre on Hagley Road. It’s located in one of the better areas in Birmingham and they’ve got an actual doctor performing the surgeries. Dr. Holloran was so professional and gave me an immediate appointment for my non-surgical nose job and jaw and cheek fillers. I think she’s fantastic and I’ve recommended her to all of my friends. Everything (reception, coffee and bathroom facilities) was really nice. Dr. Holloran was sincere and thorough; she wasn’t trying to cut corners or anything and really listened to what I wanted. She tries to give you the exact look you’re hoping for. She gave me sound advice and the follow-up was even better. I’m really happy with the results.

Lip augmentation This was my first time ever having fillers and I was so worried I was going to look like a pufferfish, especially when she said I would need 1ml. She explained everything and showed me a diagram of what she was going to do and where she was going to inject. Gabriella reshaped my lips with 1ml so I could notice but barely, I went back after 2 weeks for a review and she added another 1ml to my lips. I trusted what she was saying so I agreed. Once finished my worries were gone because they were shaped lovely and so natural looking. I am so happy with Gabriella's work.

Had my eyebrows microblade on Monday. I was very nervous but Nicola Put me at ease she was lovely very professional. Pleased with the outcome eyebrows natural. And that is what I wanted. Thank you Beauty-within. I will be seeing you again soon X
