About Premier Veins

Welcome to Premier Veins. We’re the leading varicose veins treatment centre in the Midlands. Our team of specialists are committed to providing local walk-in-walk-out procedures that are transformative and minimally invasive.

What treatment for varicose veins do we offer in the Midlands? If you’re unhappy with the appearance of your legs or are troubled by aches, pains, irritation or itching, you may well have varicose or thread veins. Premier Veins can give your legs a new lease of life. Our specialist consultants use state-of-the-art technology to deliver effective treatments.

We work with our patients to create tailored treatment plans that suit the individual. After an initial clinical examination and consultation, we offer patients one or more of the gold-standard procedures described below.

Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA)

RFA is recognised as the first line of treatment for varicose veins as it is less painful and invasive than laser treatment. It improves the appearance of trunk veins and relieves symptoms such as pain, heaviness and skin irritation.

Ultrasound-Guided Foam Sclerotherapy (UGFS)

This is a quick and cost-effective treatment for trunk varicose veins and reticular veins. It relieves leg pain and skin irritation and improves the appearance of your legs. You should notice reduced symptoms immediately after treatment, and an improvement in the appearance soon after.

Veinlite Transilluminated Microsclerotherapy

This is the most effective treatment for small reticular veins and thread veins and takes less than an hour per leg. You will usually start to see an improvement in the look and feel of your legs within eight weeks.
