It’s been a couple of weeks since I went in with my treatment. Let me provide some details about my experience and the result! I contacted Norma after evaluating that she appeared to be the most experienced practitioner in Edinburgh and was using the more expensive products, which I felt would give me the results I sought. Norma was very prompt in her response and offered multiple dates within the week for me to drop by. I attended my appointment a few days later. There was no rush or expectation. I sat and discussed my face. My insecurity about having a big chin. The treatments I had seen online. The confusion about if I should start wrinkles treatment. Whether my face was really asymmetric. I wish I had come sooner! Norma was really informative, helpful and full of wisdom and evidently her years of experience came through in the professionalism. In the end, she gave me great insight and support and advised that these complex things were not appropriate for my needs and that she could give me what I wanted with just 0.5ml in the lips (my primary interest was lips). I had previously tried filler in my lip and warned her that I had cried a lot last time and couldn’t handle the pain. I wanted to give her notice that I don’t handle pain well. In a strange turn of events, I didn’t flinch during her injection and felt little to no pain. I can’t even recall the pain today yet I still am able to recall pain from the past experience with another practitioner. I also didn’t bruise. And the results speak for themselves. In half a mil and masterful technique I went from really flat and off lips to perfectly weighted lips, which overall improved the balance across the rest of my face. I cannot recommend Norma enough. If only she hadn’t done my filler so perfectly, so I could return to her and give her my business again. She was ace! I really recommend her especially if you’re new like me and walking into this with no understanding. Norma will look after you.

Dr Berry removed a mole from the side of my nose and within a few days, it had completely healed with no scarring. I am so happy to finally be rid of it! No pain, no stitches, no scars. I had imagined it would be rather unsightly after the procedure but this was not the case at all. The procedure and after-care were explained clearly and I have already recommended him to a friend.

In January I eventually decided that I would try to have a few moles on my face removed. I had a consultation with Kevin who explained everything to me and made me feel at ease he performed the procedure straight away and explained about the aftercare I needed to apply to help with healing after approximately 3 weeks. I was totally delighted with the results and can only say I wish I had not been so worried and gone ahead with the procedure years ago. I highly recommend Kevin and the clinic. Thank you.

I needed a skin tag removed and this clinic had an appointment available. The results were good and the procedure worked, but they were far too overpriced for my budget. I was given a quote before the appointment and I paid this price in the end. The clinic was fine and the staff provided an excellent service. I would give them 5 stars for the experience, but the cost was the thing that put me off. Because of the high rates, I can only give them a 4/5.
