Rupesh is the best practitioner. I have been having treatments for the last 20 years and not met anyone like him. He is so so honest and always takes time to reply to your text messages and return all my calls. I have had numerous treatments with him - Treatment for Wrinkles, Profhilo, Lip Fillers, Aqualyx, Cheek fillers, Tear Troughs. He offers excellent value packages using the best products. I highly recommend him and have always been complimented on how fresh and good I look.

First impressions aren’t good, but you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. Receptionist for the collective group of clinics wasn’t exactly welcoming. She was sitting in her coat and needed to finish her text messages before acknowledging my presence. However, the actual clinic was quite simply excellent. After an initial consultation, and diagnosis, you are seen by another member of the team to discuss the cost of the treatment required. Considering that my own GP didn’t take things as seriously as they should of, I was offered an immediate removal of a cyst that looked ‘suspicious’ 30 minutes later I was on my way home, cyst removed and though there’s a wait to see if it’s cancerous, it know I’ve now got a fighting chance having had it removed quickly. The Dr was great - honest as you’d expected and very skilled at the removal. Yes, it cost money to do so quickly, but the earliest NHS appointment would have bet October.

This clinic really is a gem of a find. Dr De Souza is genuine and charming, to say the least. I never felt pressured or pushed into having any treatment, unlike other clinics I've been to in Harley Street. He actually took the time to listen to me and understand my concerns and then he suggested a treatment plan that actually fits in with my idea of what I'm looking to achieve and within my budget. So far I've had some Ultherapy and Treatment for Wrinkles but I'm going for the Picosure Focus next to help improve my skin tone and texture, some pigmentation issues. Glad I found this clinic, the team are all lovely too.
