Elizabeth was great, made me feel completely relaxed and answered all my questions. She definitely went above and beyond what I expected and the laser treatment wasn’t as painful as I had imagined. I only had this treatment yesterday so it’s a little too early to see if it’s been successful but I feel optimistic that the results will be good. Would recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking.

On my initial meeting with Sofia I was extremely impressed by her listening skills. Going to Dr Rakus’ clinic is always a total pleasure. They were brilliant during Covid, practising the most meticulously careful hygiene measures, and I never once worried about exposing myself to risk by visiting the clinic. Now that life is getting back to being busy and normal, the clinic is even more of a sanctuary than ever. I had two sessions of Ultracel earlier this year, and with every passing week, my skin has looked better and better.

I'm so pleased I discovered Laser Life clinic. I had a stubborn spot for ages and was becoming very self-conscious about it. I had tried every spot remedy under the sun to no avail. I had an infected cyst which was needle aspirated (didnt hurt a bit) and then treated with a Fractional laser. Even that didnt hurt as much as I thought. The whole process was quick and simple. There was no hard sell or add ons, the price I was quoted was what I paid. I have a follow-up appointment to check my progress. I would highly recommend it.

I've been seeing Dr Benson for many years and trust her implicitly in her skills and advice on what to do but also what not to do. Her work with muscle relaxing injections for the forehead and fillers is always subtle but effective and I don't look like I've had work done but get compliments all the time. Also, HIFU and peels have produced long-term benefits. Highly recommend it as a safe pair of hands.
