I chose this clinic for electrolysis because of their good reviews. I’ve been back several times since the first treatment. I’d say the price is fair. I wouldn’t keep coming back if I felt they were overcharging me. Usually, my sessions take place every six months, but the last two will happen at the 8-month mark. My skin is taking a little longer to settle down after the last session, but I’m happy otherwise. The staff were great and the woman who does the treatment, explained everything carefully before we started. I went to them to remove the fuzz on my face and they helped me quite well. However, it was the repair of some broken veins that caused my skin to blister slightly. I was made aware that this might happen, so I was well-prepared. The woman gave me some stress balls to use, but I didn’t really need them - the treatment was only slightly uncomfortable. Sessions are an hour each. The therapist is friendly and always professional.

I had my thread vein treatment last year, I do need to get one more as had a stubborn one which has faded. Would like one more to get rid of it. The treatment was fine didn't hurt and everyone makes you feel so welcome and at ease. Lovely place to relax and get your beauty needs.

I had a spider naevus and decided to get it laser as I like not wearing makeup some of the time and it was noticeable. I am two weeks on from treatment and it is just a small red dot. I need to see how it goes over the next couple of weeks to see if I need another treatment but expect I won't but if I do I will go back to them. Lucy and Lydia are both good at explaining the treatment and making sure you are happy to go ahead. The treatment is £95 per session which is a lot cheaper than the £250 I was quoted just for an assessment by a dermatologist. I did feel confident that the staff were good at their jobs and well trained.
