I chose this clinic for electrolysis because of their good reviews. I’ve been back several times since the first treatment. I’d say the price is fair. I wouldn’t keep coming back if I felt they were overcharging me. Usually, my sessions take place every six months, but the last two will happen at the 8-month mark. My skin is taking a little longer to settle down after the last session, but I’m happy otherwise. The staff were great and the woman who does the treatment, explained everything carefully before we started. I went to them to remove the fuzz on my face and they helped me quite well. However, it was the repair of some broken veins that caused my skin to blister slightly. I was made aware that this might happen, so I was well-prepared. The woman gave me some stress balls to use, but I didn’t really need them - the treatment was only slightly uncomfortable. Sessions are an hour each. The therapist is friendly and always professional.

I had an unsightly mole on my neck and visited wells clinic for a consultation. They were really professional and friendly and put me at ease. I was told I could have it removed there and then and it was really quick with the laser treatment. I would definitely go back if I needed any other treatments.

Excellent results. Karen is very attentive and understands my needs. She tries to help with conditions in bruising easily and goes out of her way to b very gentle. I would recommend over and over again. The receptionist is friendly and happy and always interested in personal events etc. A joy to talk to. Good value.
