Skin Needling (Dermaroller) The procedure is designed to trigger new collagen production in the skin, leading to younger, brighter and healthier-looking skin. As the device is applied to the skin, numerous ultra-fine micro needles create tiny punctures on the skins surface. This action increases the penetration of any topical product and stimulates the skins healing mechanisms, increasing production of many important factors for a healthy skin. The concept of Skin Needling or Collagen Induction Therapy is based on the skins natural ability to repair itself whenever it encounters physical damage. MEDICAL SKIN NEEDLING WHAT IS SKIN NEEDLING? & HOW DOES IT WORK? Skin needling is a safe and increasingly popular skin renewal technique to restore the healthy youthful appearance of your skin.  Skin needling produces comparable results to other techniques such as lasers, dermabrasion and deep chemical peels, but is much less invasive, does not remove the skin surface and has minimal or zero downtime. The concept of skin needling is based on the skins own natural ability to repair itself whenever it encounters physical damage such as cuts, burns etc.  Skin needling allows for the controlled induction of the skins self - repair mechanism by creating micro - injuries which trigger new collagen production, yet does not pose the risk of permanent scarring. WILL IT HURT? There is an amount of associated pain but this can be alleviated WHAT RESULTS WILL I SEE?
