About Beautifully Balanced

I use the precision plus machine which takes a cartiridge system needle which is disposable once only use and has no risk of back flow or contamination.  Pigments used are EU regulated supplied by Finishing Touches UK. Patch tests supplied unless client signs a disclaimer. Full advanced qualifications, insurance with The Beauty  Guild and local council needle registration in place. Price includes  topup appointment which could be up to 3 sessions.
