Phoned to enquire about having a large skin tag removed and was offered an appointment next day. I was very impressed with the whole experience and Dr Martin and her assistant were very professional and reassuring. The tag was painlessly removed under local anesthesia and I was really pleased with the whole experience. Very reasonable price too.

I was terrified about having a large abscessed tooth removed when I arrived at Smilekind in Boscombe. As soon as I arrived my surgeon, Dr. Bilal Fazil, came out shook my hand, and asked if I liked cricket. Odd, but what a different way to relax a clearly anxious patient. He took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do in a language I understood and continually reassured me it would all be fine. The injections of anesthetic were given painlessly and before I had even realized what was happening Dr. Bilal was showing me the extracted tooth. I needed some stitches, but again this was painless and not uncomfortable at all. He and his nurse Sarah, who kept talking and reassuring me were just amazing and I cannot praise them enough. If like me you are fearful of the dentist you really don't need to be or have anything to fear with these two. You really will be pleasantly surprised and leave a lot less stressed than when you arrived. I did!

I contacted Austin's clinic as he provided the procedure I wanted more information on. Our meeting was informal and informative and Austin was open and honest with me. I came away more knowledgeable about what my options were and the costs involved.

I have had unwanted hair on my upper lip for years and its given me really low self-esteem. I had my bikini line done too. The treatment is quick as its only a small area and the laser covers a large area. I've seen really great results which boosted my confidence. After having these treatments I went on to have HIFU for skin tightening around my tummy I am so pleased with the results. It's amazing!! For skin rejuvenation I had a Carbon Facial which is deep exfoliating treatment and my skin looked brighter and fresher afterwards. Resolve clinic has a huge treatment selection too. I'm definitely going back for more. I would highly recommend.

Lovely, super clean hospital, easy to get to and has parking. Mr Wljeyekoon was 100% genuine, kind, helpful and professional. I felt at ease and came away thinking what a lovely person he was. The girls in the clinic were also very friendly, Kindest regards.

The reception was lovely. Great COVID questionnaire and a temperature check on arrival. Dr Morgan was friendly, professional, gave me some information on the treatment and interaction with my meds. Was very good. All great first impressions.
