You will complete a form regarding your prior medical history before the consultation. During your 45 minute initial consultation,  you will be given opportunity to discuss your present problem and goals, have a full evaluation and treatment planning session.  This includes an evaluation so we can review your previous treatment experiences, make sure you are  sufficiently educated to make informed decisions, and create your personalised treatment options to address  your concerns.
