About Jay's Medispa

Jay's Medispa is a nurse-led aesthetic clinic in Birkenhead, serving clients across Auckland's North Shore and wider Auckland. Founded by aesthetic nurse Jay Ann Eberhart, our all-nurse team offers a calm, personalised approach to skin health, hair restoration, and intimate wellness, combining clinical experience with genuine care.

Every client begins with a free 30-minute consultation. We take time to understand your concerns, answer your questions, and build a personalised plan that suits your skin, your goals, and your lifestyle. There is no pressure and no rush. Our philosophy centres on natural-looking outcomes, long-term skin health, and ongoing care rather than quick fixes.

Skin Services

Our skin offering includes Dermapen microneedling (available in three tiers), HydraFacial, signature facials tailored to specific skin concerns, chemical peels, and Ultraformer III HIFU skin tightening. We also offer regenerative skin rejuvenation services as part of our Facelift offering, available in three tiers and optionally combined with microneedling and booster serums. Personalised skin consultations are available for clients navigating acne, pigmentation, or general skin health. As Dermapen Gold Authorised Providers and certified O Cosmedics professionals, we maintain the training standards and product access that come with those partnerships.

Cryotherapy (CryoPen)

We offer CryoPen services for skin tags, cherry angiomas, sun spots, and sebaceous hyperplasia. Lesions are assessed during consultation, and where appropriate we may request GP consent prior to the service.

Cosmetic Injectables

For clients interested in cosmetic injectables, we offer Sunekos bio-remodelling, dermal fillers, and prescription-only injectable services, all administered by registered nurses following consultation. Under New Zealand advertising rules, specific prescription products cannot be named in public-facing content, so please book a consultation to discuss suitability and the options available to you.

Hair Restoration

Hair restoration is a key focus at Jay's Medispa. We offer regenerative hair services in three tiers, ranging from foundational protocols to advanced protocols combining regenerative injections with microneedling and a clinical-grade hair vitality booster serum. Services are available for both men and women following a consultation to discuss suitability and realistic expectations. Exo-Grow is offered as part of our nurse-led protocols.

Intimate Wellness

We provide pelvic floor and intimate wellness services in a private, respectful setting. Consultations are conducted with discretion and care, and we take time to ensure you feel comfortable and informed before proceeding.

Our Clinical Lead

Jay Ann Eberhart founded Jay's Medispa after more than a decade in healthcare. Her nursing career began in Dunedin in 2009, with further study at the University of Auckland and specialist training in aesthetic nursing. Jay Ann leads every clinical decision at the clinic, and her approach is grounded in honest assessment and realistic planning.

Jay Ann is a New Zealand Registered Nurse and the Founder and Clinical Lead of Jay’s Medispa, with over 15 years of clinical experience across elderly care, psychiatry, and midwifery. She began her healthcare career in Dunedin in 2009 before relocating to Auckland in 2015, bringing with her a strong and diverse clinical foundation. Originally from the Philippines, Jay Ann later specialised in aesthetic medicine, where she applies her extensive medical background to deliver safe and considered treatments.

Her approach to aesthetics is grounded in patient safety, in-depth anatomical knowledge, and a focus on long-term skin and hair health. As Clinical Lead, she oversees the clinic’s standards of care and treatment protocols, ensuring every service is guided by education, clinical integrity, and personalised treatment planning.

Under her leadership, Jay’s Medispa has grown into a trusted, nurse-led clinic supported by a team of skilled professionals who share her commitment to thoughtful, patient-centred care.
