Dr Calvin Choo Kok Yew is a Senior Aesthetic Physician and Medical Director of Five Clinic®, specialising in personalised medical aesthetic treatments focused on natural, refined results. He graduated with First Class Honours in MBBS from AIMST University and began his medical career at Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Hospital Serdang before specialising in aesthetic medicine.

He holds a Letter of Credentialing and Privileging (LCP) from the Ministry of Health Malaysia and has previously served as a Clinical Director, providing aesthetic treatments and training other doctors.

His expertise includes dermal fillers, lasers, injectables, skinboosters, mesotherapy, chemical peels, thread lifts, slimming treatments, anti-ageing, and acne management. Dr Calvin is also an aesthetic trainer, lecturer, and speaker, and is fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and several Chinese dialects.

Dr Bernard Chong is a Medical Director and Senior Aesthetic Doctor at Five Clinic® Puchong, known for his patient-centred approach and focus on safe, natural-looking aesthetic results. He graduated with an MBBS from Manipal University (MMMC) and began his medical career at Hospital Tuanku Ja’afar Seremban before working as a Medical Officer in Orthopaedics.

He later completed the Malaysian Aesthetic Certification (MAC) programme, became a member of the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine (AAAM), and obtained his Letter of Credentialing and Privileging (LCP) from the Ministry of Health Malaysia.

Dr Bernard's expertise includes dermal fillers, aesthetic lasers, injectables, chemical peels, mesotherapy, collagen biostimulators, thread lifts, anti-ageing and acne treatments, as well as wellness-focused aesthetic care. Having experienced eczema and skin concerns himself, he brings a personal understanding of the impact skin health can have on confidence and takes a holistic approach that incorporates lifestyle and wellness alongside aesthetic treatments.

Dr Hanson Yap is an Aesthetic Physician at Five Clinic®, specialising in personalised aesthetic and skin treatments with an emphasis on safety, precision, natural-looking results, and long-term skin health. He graduated from Melaka Manipal Medical College (MMMC) and completed his housemanship at Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun before working as a Medical Officer in Anaesthesiology, where he gained experience in pain management and intensive care.

His background in critical care has shaped his meticulous approach to patient safety and clinical precision. Dr Hanson completed the Medical Aesthetic Certification (MAC) and continues to pursue advanced training through workshops, conferences, and aesthetic education.

His areas of expertise include collagen biostimulators, advanced skin injectables, facial contouring, skin hydration and quality treatments, and anti-ageing care. He also incorporates elements of functional medicine into his practice, with an interest in supporting overall wellbeing and healthy ageing.
