Biography:
Dr. Calvin Choo Kok Yew is a Senior Aesthetic Physician and Medical Director of Five Clinic®, with extensive experience in medical aesthetic treatments and a strong commitment to delivering safe, ethical, and natural-looking results. He graduated with First Class Honours in Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from AIMST University and is a board-certified aesthetic doctor credentialed by the Ministry of Health Malaysia. Before founding Five Clinic®, he served as a Clinical Director within a leading aesthetic clinic group, where he provided patient care and trained aesthetic practitioners. His areas of expertise include dermal fillers, aesthetic lasers, skin injectables, thread lifting, skin rejuvenation, anti-ageing, acne management, and body contouring. Dr. Choo is also an aesthetic trainer, lecturer, and recognised speaker who actively participates in international conferences to remain at the forefront of advances in aesthetic medicine.

Biography:
Dr. Bernard Chong is a Medical Director and senior aesthetic physician at Five Clinic® Puchong, dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, natural-looking results through personalised aesthetic care. He graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) from Manipal University (MMMC) and began his medical career at Hospital Tuanku Ja'afar Seremban before serving as a Medical Officer in the Orthopaedic Department. He later completed the Malaysian Aesthetic Certification (MAC) programme and obtained his Letter of Credentialing and Privileging (LCP) from the Ministry of Health Malaysia. Dr. Chong has a special interest in dermal fillers, aesthetic lasers, skin injectables, chemical peels, collagen biostimulators, thread lifting, acne management, anti-ageing treatments, and wellness-focused aesthetic care. Drawing on his own experience with skin concerns, he takes a holistic, patient-centred approach that combines aesthetic treatments with lifestyle and wellness to support long-term skin health and confidence.

He graduated from Melaka Manipal Medical College (MMMC) and completed his housemanship at Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun before serving as a Medical Officer in the Department of Anaesthesiology, where he developed extensive experience in pain management and intensive care. His background in critical care has shaped his meticulous approach to patient safety and clinical excellence. Dr. Yap has completed the Medical Aesthetic Certification (MAC) and continues to expand his expertise through advanced training, workshops, and scientific conferences. His areas of interest include collagen biostimulators, advanced skin injectables, facial contouring, skin rejuvenation, anti-ageing treatments, and holistic approaches that support long-term skin health and overall well-being.
