About Skin Camouflage Care

Skin Camouflage Care offers a service to anyone who wishes to learn how to cover (camouflage) any scar, birthmark, tattoo or skin condition that causes a physical difference.

An appointment will take approximately 2 hours and in that time a colour match for the area of skin you would like camouflaged is attained.

The camouflage practitioner will then apply the camouflage cream to the area and instruct the client on how to apply it themselves as part of the tutorial process.

The products can be bought through your practitioner following your consultation and goods are delivered directly to your home.

Types of scarring may include; burns, self-harming, surgical, acne

Types of birthmarks may include; port-wine stains or cafe-au-lait.

Types of skin conditions may include discoid lupus, psoriasis, and atopic eczema to name just a few.

Tattoos are very effectively covered by Skin Camouflage Creams.

Skin Camouflage Creams can be waterproof and last on the skin for up to 16 hours.

Christine was Brilliant. The minute I met her I felt at ease and comfortable. The service she provides is unique and Christine has a very good eye and was spot on with my makeup. It was so natural. I was amazed and so happy with it. The environment is very relaxing, it is like having a cuppa with a friend. But she is very professional and I was truly glowing with my outcome. I can’t wait for my make-up to arrive. Christine has a lovely warm, genuine nature and I could of chatted for hours with her. 💯 per cent for Skin Camouflage Care. Never did I see possible absolutely amazing results

5 50 Psoriasis Treatment

Christine was absolutely amazing during my appointment an absolutely beautiful soul so welcoming and beyond talented, For years I've hidden away my skin due to my psoriasis it took away my confidence no matter what I tried to hide it with it never worked.

For the first time in over 10 years, I can show my legs, especially in confidence, and wear a dress!!! Never did I see possible absolutely amazing results!!! Thanks to Christine I look forward to being body confident this summer with a smile.

Had a consultation with the lovely Christine. So professional, friendly and courteous. I instantly warmed to her. My reason for attending was to find a way to camouflage my rosacea on a daily basis and to have a plan in place in advance of my wedding day. She had a variety of options and was very quick at matching a base colour to my natural skin tone. The products she uses are very reasonably priced and a little goes a long way.

I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to hide any imperfections.

Biography:

I am a qualified Makeup artist since 2013 having studied at the Portobello Institute, in Dublin.  

I continued to study with the Irish Red Cross in 2014, specialising in Skin Camouflage which is where I feel my expertise and passion lie.  I volunteered with the Red Cross providing free Skin Camouflage Clinics to anyone who had scars, birthmarks or tattoos and it was most fulfilling and rewarding.

I completed my Diploma in Skin Camouflage in 2019 with the British Association of Skin Camouflage.  

I now offer Skin Camouflage consultations to the public and I enjoy empowering people to become happier in their own skin.
