I recently underwent breast surgery, and I would like to share my positive experience.

The consultation with my plastic surgeon Dr Toncic was comprehensive and informative.

 On the day of the surgery, the medical team provided exceptional care and support. The facility in the clinic in Zagreb was clean and modern. The anesthesiologist ensured my comfort and safety throughout the procedure, and the nursing staff was attentive .

The recovery process was smoother than I anticipated, thanks to the detailed post-operative instructions provided by my surgeon.

My breasts look natural, symmetrical, and in perfect proportion to my body.

I had a Septor Rhinoplasty and it was great to feel so welcomed and doctor was amazing first, during and after surgery. Paying attention to every detail. Very happy with final result so far. I also had a hair transplant. Dr. Cinik was amazing as always, great work and fantastic staff. I'm completing 7 days after that and I'm happy with the result so far. I never used to think about enlarged pores, or even really know what they were – until I turned 50, when my own pores overnight got noticeably bigger – to the point where they became practically the only feature of my face I could see. It was awful. Trying to cover them up with foundation only accentuated them, so make- up couldn’t make me look better; quite the opposite, it made my skin look even worse. I tried using toners and moisturisers that promised to reduce my pores, but they made no difference at all. So thank the lord – and Dr Rakus - for Advatx. I underwent three monthly sessions, which were completely painless, and by the end of these my pores had shrunk so much that I’ve gone back to never even noticing them.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

On my initial meeting with Sofia I was extremely impressed by her listening skills. I knew that I was in safe hands and the treatment using my own blood plasma to fill my lip lines would be exceptional. Her care during the procedure and follow up attention has been second to none. I would recommend anyone who is contemplating a facial enhancement or rejuvenation to book an appointment with Sofia and enter a beautiful and relaxing clinic.

So friendly and informative! Honest with how many treatment sessions I needed, with no intention to make me pay more than required. Very detailed in telling me about aftercare and anything which May happen after the treatment. Really great experience.

We have known the Doctor Burow practice in Split for many years. Both the implantological and conservative treatments stand out in their quality. The practice team as well as the practice management are very professional and patient-oriented. The state-of-the-art technical equipment is very impressive. We feel at the practice of Dr. Burow is better advised and treated than in many practices in Germany.

The entire office staff and physicians are completely wonderful and I would highly recommend this practice. I was traveling and had a cut on my front tooth and they repaired it flawlessly. I am so grateful to everyone and would highly recommend again!

I have had a scalp wart for 2 years that comes and goes and drives me nuts. The practice nurse at my surgery has scraped it off and checked the histology but it rapidly returned so I wanted a proper job doing without spending a fortune. I was able to see Dr Chambers very quickly and he gave it a good blast or 3 of cryotherapy. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Job has done. I can return for a further treatment free of charge if this doesn't work but I am hoping this will suffice. I am delighted with the service Cotswold Cosmetics provided and will certainly recommend them.

The laser treatment I am currently undergoing as a course am very pleased with results. I am coming towards the end of my course so am very happy. The practitioner is very attentive and helpful and aims for results.
