I have had two SylfirmX treatments on my face with Dr Beata and I am loving the results! I had the SylfirmX treatments to help with the skin laxity on my upper and lower eyelids, the thread veins and redness from years of sun damage, to tighten my jawline, and an overall rejuvenation of my skin. Dr Beata listened to my concerns and personalised the treatment to address my needs. An added bonus was treating my earlobes! In March 2019 I came for an appointment with doctor Ejikeme where I was looking for a treatment that was actually going to harm my skin and not give me the long term benefit I was looking for. I learned things about my skin skincare and makeup ingredients that I was not even aware of. I embarked on a 6 skincare treatment before adding peeling and since then I have no issue going to work or being seen without makeup. Actually, I barely wear makeup although I buy more now :-). Thank you for teaching me patience and kindness towards my skin, stopping for looking for short term results vs longer terms. Thank you for adapting the service you provide to me based on my needs, thank you for not pushing me to buy something that will only benefit the decrease or my wallet vs my skin. I moved down to Devon from the North after only ever having one treatment in my forehead. I was very nervous to change clinics but Dr Pradnya made me feel very welcome and I received an informative professional experience. I love going to Skin Southwest and I recommend her to all of my friends.
