Wrinkles are an unpleasant, but integral part of the ageing process of human skin. The wrinkle smoothing procedure is performed using thin needles. During the application of the hyaluronic acid, you may feel slight burning, which can be prevented by applying anaesthetic cream or by injection. There are no more restrictions after the procedure and one can return to normal daily activities. Any traces of a needle injection in sensitive areas or rednesses will disappear within a week. Until then,  it is not advisable to expose the treated area  to high temperatures (sauna, tanning) or to  severe coldness. Over time, the substances in the skin are slowly degraded and their application therefore has to be repeated after a certain time. The duration of the effective period varies. It usually ranges  from 6 to 12 months, but the procedure can be repeated whenever needed.
