The employees were interested, I was really nervous the doctors were helping me to relax. I was not faced with a problem about English, there was not any question left in my mind. Before the operation, the expert doctor explained the whole procedure, I asked all my questions and he/she responded. I'm overjoyed. Thank you everyone!!! You took care of me very well.

I recently had a tummy tuck, lipo, breast lift & thigh lift and everything from communication with Omar to arriving at the hospital. You feel in good hands and always have a translator at hand. I stayed in the hospital the whole time and didn't use the hotel as I was having a lot of surgery and I was alone. I would recommend this clinic and would like to thank all the staff ...now to recover.

Flew out to Istanbul on 28.07.2022 for surgery on 29.07.2022. I cannot fault the service provided from being collected from the airport, to the hotel we stayed in and to the care I received whilst in hospital before and after surgery. The team looking after me were outstanding including Rosa, Taylor, Shayla and my surgeon Dr Muhammed. They kept my companion informed and updated all through surgery and answered any questions and concerns to put our minds at rest. Our stay went with no issues and I was amazed at how well organised the whole process was. The check up I received before surgery was VERY thorough - one that I would never have received back in the UK. I would just like to say a big thank you to all those involved. My new lease of life has begun and I am so pleased I decided to go with Novemed. Thank you.

I had surgery at clinics United at the end of April. I am now fully recovered my scar has heeled and I am extremely happy with the end result the hospital and especially Ayşe who helped me from arriving at the clinic to getting discharged, was very friendly and looked after all my needs throughout my stay at the hospital. Would hugely recommend a tummytuck and lipo. I am over the moon with my results.

I received the best care from start to finish. All the team were lovely from the nurses to the surgeon, but especially Iram! Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Had my revision from sleeve to mini bypass a week ago. I cannot believe the amount of care and the quality of it I received. My surgeon was Dr Türkay Belen, and he was so kind, understanding, and gentle, that it put me at ease instantly. He took his time with me, explained everything, he was checking up on me. The nurses were amazing and very caring, and there was nothing impossible for them- even if there was a language barrier at times, the translator came in handy and that didn’t stop them from helping me as best as I could to be comfortable and well. The hospital was clean and nice, I had my private room. All the tests were done prior and results were discussed with doctors before anything. The op went well and I’m 7kgs lighter in a week! Last but not least…. The coordinator, Asli- a wonderful, warm, understanding, lovely human being. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and less nervous. I was there alone so it was quite hard for me, but she was there when I needed her, helping with everything from explaining stuff to even helping me pack my luggage back after the surgery. Her English is brilliant and she is just so caring and thoughtful in her way with patients, I can’t fault anything at all. I was a bit suspicious as I couldn’t find any negative reviews about AYT anywhere at all… but now I know, that it’s because THERE ISNT ANYTHING NEGATIVE AT ALL! :) highly recommend the AYT clinic, I will deffo be back for plastics!

I can’t recommend this place enough! From the moment I stepped off the plane I was looked after and made to feel so welcome and safe. The surgeons were absolutely amazing, the nurses were attentive and so caring, I don’t have a bad word to say. If your like me and looking for a safe place outside the u.k to have surgery and change your life this the place to go. I've had gastric sleeve surgery back in October 2020 operated by Dr Bora Koc. Fatih who was my coordinator was very friendly, professional and informative from the beginning, any enquiries I had were answered immediately. My stay at the hospital was lovely. All the staff members are friendly and made my stay very comfortable. Dr Bora Koc, has absolutely changed my life and I cant thank him enough. From 130kg I now weigh 70kg and still losing weight after almost 2 years post op. Excellent Service. I arrived at the hospital in the early hours of the morning I was immediately looked after and the tests started straight away. I had my gastric sleeve surgery on 5th September 2022. I was feeling anxious but the team put my mind to rest. All of the staff were very professional and could not do enough for me. Sleeve surgery on 7.2.24- My experience with Dr Tufan and his team was of excellent care. From first contact with Burcu, care coordinator, I felt very welcomed. Nurse Mine is very confident and I feel safe, and she made me feel confident and ready to start my sleeve journey. Cigli, the nutritionist, very educational and politely reminded me that, without sticking to my meal plan, then what's the point to go through the surgery then!! Finally, Dr Tufan himself, presented as a real warm, caring human being. I felt a sense of belonging and a fit to the team. His body language was very reassuring and indeed. My surgery went well with no surprises. At the hospital, despite language barrier, the care was excellent. night shift Nurse, Ariwa, you are a true nurse. I will choose dr Tufan again and again.
