The employees were interested, I was really nervous the doctors were helping me to relax. I was not faced with a problem about English, there was not any question left in my mind. Before the operation, the expert doctor explained the whole procedure, I asked all my questions and he/she responded. I'm overjoyed. Thank you everyone!!! You took care of me very well.

Ich war vor einem Jahr bei Dr. Cem Arslan. Habe eine Magenverkleinerung Operation bekommen. Seitdem habe ich 50 Kilo abgenommen. Ich danke Dr. Cem Arslan. Er war sehr kompetent und fürsorglich. Auch die Nachsorge und nach Untersuchungen waren toll. Ich habe mich nie alleine gefühlt. Immer noch wenn ich Fragen habe, kommen die Antworten promt. Ich bin so froh das ich bei ihm war. Ich danke auch Zeynep seine Assistentin. Sie ist so toll. Immer für mich da. Ich kann jedem, der diese Operation machen möchte empfehlen die bei Dr. Cem Arslan an zu machen.

Flew out to Istanbul on 28.07.2022 for surgery on 29.07.2022. I cannot fault the service provided from being collected from the airport, to the hotel we stayed in and to the care I received whilst in hospital before and after surgery. The team looking after me were outstanding including Rosa, Taylor, Shayla and my surgeon Dr Muhammed. They kept my companion informed and updated all through surgery and answered any questions and concerns to put our minds at rest. Our stay went with no issues and I was amazed at how well organised the whole process was. The check up I received before surgery was VERY thorough - one that I would never have received back in the UK. I would just like to say a big thank you to all those involved. My new lease of life has begun and I am so pleased I decided to go with Novemed. Thank you.

After my sister had her gastric sleeve in January 2023 and I saw the results of her surgery and health I decided to also have one. I booked for the 13th of November. The largest weight I was, was 25stone and 11lbs but with the liver reduction diet and my willpower, I got down to 24stone and 5lbs on the day of surgery. I was of course nervous because of my size but Dr Cengiz reassured me that I would be OK and that he was shocked at how healthy I was for someone of my size. However, he said that wouldn't last and in 5years time I would have all the same health issues as my sister had. Our mother died from heart disease at 47 and my sister was diagnosed with the same. So I knew I was running out of time as I was 7 stone heavier than my sister, to begin with. They came and got me around 4.30 pm and I was very bewildered being wheeled down to the operating room but the staff were very reassuring. I couldn't even have a relaxer as they had trouble finding a vein but they did and I accidentally pulled it out during one of the pre-op tests. The anaesthetist put a cannula in and before I knew it I was asleep and the next thing I knew I was being slapped around the face and being told to breathe. My throat was sore but I eventually took a breath. I wasn't in pain at all, I wasn't tired either. The care I received was the best I've had. If I needed pain relief I got it, if I felt sick I got sick. The nurses and doctors were brilliant even though there was a language barrier sometimes. I cannot fault the care or aftercare I've had from Apera and would recommend them highly to others. I am currently almost 5 stone down and my health has improved and my energy levels are so much better too. Thank you opera for giving me my life back.

I had my surgery with Aktif at vital hospital with Dr Ibrahim Agackiran on the 4th of July 2023. Dr Ibrahim is great, seems to know what he’s doing and is very professional. The surgery went well, and I’m currently down 7 kg in 1 week!! Here are some pros and cons of the surgery and some things to think about if you want to have the surgery. Pros: +The surgeons/doctors at the facility are very professional and good at their job. +The guide/translator Luca was great, super nice and helpful. +I feel great after the surgery but it's a huge adjustment. +They’ve been very helpful at answering all my questions now afterwards and they are quick to reply to you. Cons: - Most of the nurses at the facility don’t speak English so it’s hard to communicate with them but they are very friendly and try their best to help you. -I wasn't given proper info/instructions about my medications (especially the blood thinner syringes I had to give myself). I had to kinda figure it out on my own. I wish they would have shown me how to do it while I was at the hospital. -I wasn’t told how to properly care for the wounds/incisions after the surgery so two of them are infected now. I tried to care for them to the best of my ability and they will hopefully clear out in a couple of days with the antibiotics. -Doctors in Sweden don’t want to help me as much now because I’ve had surgery abroad.

I had gastric sleeve surgery with Clinic Center 6 months ago and it was one of the best decisions I made! From the moment I contacted them they were really professional, they made me feel at ease by answering all of my questions and giving me lots of information. It was so easy to schedule my surgery with them. When me and my wife arrived in Istanbul they picked us up from the airport and bring us to a very nice hotel. The next day I got to meet my surgeon. He was really nice, calming and professional. All of my anxieties were cleared after meeting the surgeon. My wife was able to stay at the hospital with me for the moral support. I wasn't in pain after the surgery. The nurses were checking up on me a lot. The surgeon came to see me after the surgery as well. They gave me detailed information about what to expect after the surgery. Once I came back home Clinic Center's aftercare team contacted me to check up on my recovery. I was about 330lbs before I had the surgery and I lost 42lbs in 6 months which makes me feel amazing. I'm still losing weight and I cannot wait until I reach my ideal weight. Thank you Clinic Center for helping me to have a healthier life. I've been recommending you guys to my family and friends, you guys are the best!

WELL... where do I start!?! I'm from the UK, I went through a lot of research to find the perfect clinic to suit me. But unfortunately that did not happen. Until I came across a page called 'VANITY' via instagram in Istanbul. I messaged the page, and they were quick to respond to my messages. I told Vanity I was not happy with my breasts, and it's something I've always wanted to change. They went through everything with me. I took a photo so the doctor could have a look and we discussed what would be the best treatment would be for me. I then made the appointment and flew out to Istanbul on the 9/10/22. Vanity had organised transport from the airport/hospital/hotel. The service was fantastic! They always made sure that I was not left in the dark, and always assured me. I had my operation day on the 10/10/22 and met my doctor who's name is 'DR SAFA y MANAV'. This doctor, is amazing! he told me exactly what was going to happen, and what treatment I needed. Dr Safa is a true and honest man, and is very passionate about his job. The way I could explain Dr Safa, is that he is very realistic and there is no beating around the bush with him and that is so respectful as in other health professions some don't exactly get the point when you need them to but he does! He is straight to the point and always has best interests at heart and will always want the best for those that seek his advice. Whilst treatment Dr Safa chose what was best for me which can be scary to put your trust in people but I had complete faith in him and I couldn't be happier he went through arrange of different implants that would suit my frame of body and he aced it. I was staying in the academic hospital in Istanbul which is collaborated with vanity. And wow! I couldn’t fault the cleanliness it was so modern, and lovely. If you went there you wouldn’t think it was a hospital it’s just so nice. When having my surgery my sister was allowed to stay with me which she was checked my staff there if she was okay and was given complimentary meals! One of the assistances who worked alongside vanity is a woman called Nadine, and we went through all the policies and procedures before my surgery and she was the most supportive and the most sweetest and down the earth person that I’ve ever met. She would always keep me reassured with everything that was going on. And I couldn’t thank Nadine enough, she was like my sister. I wish I could take these two amazing people to the UK! Because you don’t get that kind of service over in hospitals in the UK!!

I am so happy that choose SAM Patient Services, they offer and do deliver excellent service. In fact they have exceeded my expectations. From the very first communication, representative Berfin, was my rock and got me through this process. Arranging Transfer to/from airport in the private car, checking in and out of the hotel, arranging accompanying me in every singe appointment in clinic and offering translation when needed and making sure I was taken to the room and meeting my Surgeon Dr Serhat Buldur and the Anaesthetist, and even visiting me in hospital bringing me water and juices, displaying care and attention. My every single question was answered before and after. I felt confident all the way. If I ever need another procedure, I will most definitely will use SAM Patient Services again and again.

I had the gastric sleeve the 16/01 and my experience has been amazing, so far I have lost 16kg, the nurses team were amazing. Irem was fantastic in translating any queries that I had my stitches are healing perfectly and I couldn’t have asked for a better surgery.

Buccal fat removal 9-10cc total. Very good staff and hospital and very glad I went to Turkey for this. Almost the whole process went really well and I've communicated with AYT privately about one or two potential areas in need of improvement. Additionally my advice for people not able to speak Turkish is that their staff have a high school kids equivalent of English so whilst you can definitely talk about basic things I would strongly urge people to have a translator app at the ready with the Turkish language downloaded for offline use when you don't have an internet connection. Also make sure you get them to confirm a few times over if it is local or general anaesthetic you're going under for surgery as this was one of my main criticisms and could be a language translation issue in need of amendment.

I had my mini gastric bypass in April but unfortunately had some complications. The many many pre-op assessments didn't show anything was wrong. The surgeons saved my life due to their knowledge and experience. This hospital is the most amazing place. It is spotlessly clean with well-trained staff. The nurses attended me every time I needed and they couldn't do enough to ensure I was comfortable. The surgeons came to see me every day and check my health and encourage me when I was down. My husband was with me and he was fed 3 meals a day without fail and he had a comfortable bed beside me. I cannot recommend this hospital enough. I can assure you will get the best treatment from all the staff from surgeons to auxiliary staff. I will definitely be choosing this hospital for skin surgery.

Highly recommend. I had a gastric ballon six months ago. I lost 20 kg with the support and great advices from Dietitian Nur. Dr Kaplan is a very good doctor with huge experience and always want the best option for patient. It was a good experience. Also good value for money.

The service from start to finish was faultless. From the information provided via text, being picked up from in a luxury vehicle, to the hospital staff nothing was too much trouble. This was all down to Fatih Ozturk the coordinator. He was always available to answer any questions from start to finish. I had a Gastric Sleeve, the only pain I suffered was the trapped wind, was given pain relief which helped. The surgeon Dr Bora Koc came to see me twice a day during my stay. I have been given medication to take home with me and contact numbers for advice/support if needed. It was Fatih Ozturk who made this journey happen for me would not hesitate to use him again.

Dr Mani & his team were amazing. Could not have ask for anything else. The team were so helpful & they could not do enough for you. I had researched for over a year before I booked to go over as a friend recommended them and I would recommend 100%. Speaking over Whatsapp also I did send some silly questions but nothing was too much for them at all. Aftercare is amazing too. I am only 1 week post op and the results are great.

The hospital stay is very good because the nurses often come by and ask if everything is okay and if I need anything else. The clinic of Dr. Ergenc is also great. They take very active care of the patients and explain the course after the operation precisely and well.
