I had bulbous nose and my surgery had in May 2023. Dr Bahitten is very professional I’m really satisfied with the results. The hospital was clean and tidy and the staff was very friendly & helpful. Ideal for solo travellers. The package was responsible too. Please ask for medical documents before leaving the hospital cause on Airport you can be ask for your reports. I highly recommend this Hospital.

Where do I even start... The BEST experience I've ever had in regards to anything medical. From the initial first contact right up until this day.. 2 months post op everything has been absolutely amazing. No pressure at all when conversations were had, where other clinics can be on the pushy side. I contacted BG in January through a recommendation of a friend after searching a few different ones and from the first couple of messages I knew this was the right decision. The amount of information given, step by step, day by day information of what was going to happen was incredible. When I enquired, I was given all the time I needed to make a decision, allowed me time to confirm with my workplace and once confirmed sorted pretty much EVERYTHING! It was such a smooth journey from start to finish and I have honestly never been happier and more grateful to find two amazing ladies to help me kickstart my journey. My surgeon at the hospital, Serhat Buldur was incredible, answered any questions, made me feel at ease and comfortable. The hotel staff were out of this world and the hotel was like a dream. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

From the first contact with the coordinator, I felt supported. They got back to me quickly with nothing being too much trouble. I had a WhatsApp call with the surgeon to discuss the best way forward for me. Once I decided they helped with timescales according to flights that I was looking into and my surgery was as booked in for 3 weeks time. This could have been earlier or later, it was all my choice. So travel date - my flight was delayed twice meaning that we didn’t get to the clinic until around midnight. With my gastric sleeve surgery plan for the next day I was worried that it wouldn’t go ahead. I had no need to worry at all. Blood tests and admission papers all done immediately. The next morning all others check ups completed which we’re going well until the endoscopy identified polips in my stomach, biopsy taken and sent for analysis. This unfortunately delayed my surgery for 3 days but again I didn’t need to worry myself and my partner were taken to a hotel. Throughout this time the clinic stayed in contact ensuring we were kept fully informed of plans once the results were in. Night before operation taken back to the hospital and prepped again for the next morning. Operation took place and went ahead without any further issues. Just felt a little groggy for the first 24 hours but is to be expected. The aftercare was amazing from the nurses with visits from the Dr’s daily and dieticians who thoroughly explained everything about the diet to follow and the medication to take. They encouraged questions all the time so I never felt like I was being a burden. I had an open-ended flight return so was easy to change the return flight. I returned to the UK without any issues using assisted travel which was a godsend. If you are reading this and are worried about having surgery abroad STOP right there. Dr Mehmet done my gastric sleeve. He was very experienced when he was speaking to me and also made me very comfortable and assured that everything would be fine with what he did. I would highly recommend anybody to have this done by this doctor. Would rate five stars. If I could rate it more I would gladly do this because he was very very good and very understanding and polite.

Yes, the appointment went well. I am much appreciated ESMEDICANA sending the driver to pick me up from the airport and picked me up from the hotel to the hospital to attend the appointment and took me back to the hotel after the appointment. Unfortunately, I didn't have the Implant treatment with ESMEDICANA because I don't like the technique of the treatment and the price. The Translator wasn't happy about it.

I have done further research on the procedure and will go ahead with the surgery. However, your price is double what I expected to pay. The Medifema clinic is the only clinic that responded. I went on 20 August to look at the possibilities and on 22 August they did the breast implant, a facial correction and on the 29th the are looking at my varicose veins. So, one clinic is taking care of all my requests.

I went to have my gall bladder removed on the 11th of May 2023 From being picked up at the airport in Wroclaw to the minute I went home I was treated brilliantly the staff and doctors were brilliant the coordinators were excellent The clinic was spotlessly clean the nurses were great and very kind to me and my wife who came with me. I had first-class treatment from the first-class staff, I would definitely recommend it if you need treatment for anything. The cost was a fraction of the cost to have it done in the UK and that was including our airfare and hotel! I chose the clinic by looking at reviews and also because I have been to Poland a few times and know Wroclaw well
