I had sleeve gastrectomy surgery and my family members had eclipse balloons. It was a wonderful experience for us with the whole medical team led by Professor Ali, Nurse Sude, translator Mohammed, Ali Musthapa and nurses at Ward 3. They've been very meticulous and professional in attending to our medical needs. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs such professional medical attention and hygiene at very affordable prices. 😀

Great Experience! Initially, I was reluctant to make the decision to proceed with the Gastric Sleeve procedure with any clinic as it’s a big decision. My Partner came across Dr. Cem Arslan Clinic. We found a contact number and to my surprise it was actually Dr. Cem's WhatsApp (Business Account). We arranged a video call that evening and I was grateful to meet Dr. Cem and have an open discussion about the procedure, why I wanted to do it and a few health questions (nothing intrusive). I recall asking Dr. Cem, why he provided his time as other clinics did not do this. He responded by saying this is how we operate and he wanted to provide a personal service, where possible. This was great to hear as a few weeks prior, I was in contact with another Clinic, where all my medical questions were relayed back to the Doctor but I did not feel the same connection. Regarding the communication with Dr. Cem, please note that English is not his primary language but the conversation was manageable. I was then contacted by the Medical Co-ordinator on the 19th August. Zeynep was awesome. She had been through the procedure with the clinic herself and was able to answer all my questions without hesitation. I had concerns about the procedure and as with any operation (whether in the UK or Abroad) there are risks. There was no pressure to proceed and was advised to research more online. Zeynep also informed me that any hint of risk identified during pre-tests, however small, the procedure would not be possible. Zeynep goes beyond coordinator, very professional, to the point and cares about your well-being. Arrived in Turkey on the 18th September and was met by Sercan at the airport who took me and another patient to our Taxi. Really nice minivan/SUV with comfortable seats and TV to watch music videos. Sercan was professional, polite and even offered to carry the luggage (Not his job but was decent of him to ask). Due to Zeynep being unavailable for the arrival, all the coordination was done by Almira. I was notified in advance, so no issues at all in change of coordinators. Arrived at the hospital and was greeted by Almira. Almira is very professional, courteous and a humble person. Like Zeynep, Almira naturally cares about your wellbeing. I got into the hospital room and then taken for a series of tests. Probably took an hour end to end, not much waiting. Almira was with me throughout the pre-tests. Next day was the surgery and Almira came back in the morning and stayed with me until I went down for Surgery. I had a visit from the Doctor to say I would be the first operation of the day. At no point do I recall Almira or anyone asking me for Payment as soon as I arrived. However, I did make payment before the operation as its a service being offered. The company Op. Dr. CEM Clinic are professional and not after your money. They only want the best for you based on my experience. Surgery took an hour. I will be honest, the moment I woke, I had nurses around me and Almira. I struggled a bit to adjust to coming off the Anaesthetic but Almira was by my side, even when I was throwing up (common side effect with Anaesthetic) and I felt relieved and calm. Throughout the next few days/ nights, Nurses visited me to check on IV drips, and painkillers and encouraged me to walk a lot. Yes, walking is very important. I wish I did more walking. The Doctors visited me each day to check on me, which showed they cared a lot. I was only meant to stay in the Hospital for 3 days. However, the team showed great empathy I was offered to stay in the hospital for 2 more nights, to keep me comfortable. Forgot to mention, a day after Surgery, I went down to get a standing CT scan to check for any leakages with the Sleeve. All was clear, which was a relief. You can see the fluid that was given travelling down your oesophagus to your New Stomach. On the 5th Day, I was discharged and before leaving, I got a visit from Zeynep (who an amazing person to meet), Almira and the Dietician (Gokce). Gokce explained what I could eat/drink in detail, what I should expect from the change in lifestyle and the benefits. I was given medication and vitamins to take back home along with my discharge papers. Gokce is very knowledgeable and still provides me after care with my diet via WhatsApp app. Thank you Gokce for keeping me on track. My overall experience was fantastic. I did my research and kept my NHS GP updated pre and post-operation. When I explained my experience was in Turkey to the NHS GP, my weight loss to date and how good I felt, my GP was very happy for me. Just over 3 weeks from Surgery and I have lost nearly 12kg. I reached a point in my life at 53 where my weight was causing me issues with health and confidence. I tried over many years to control my weight without any success. My friend had bariatric surgery in England and her life changed. However in England the cost is much higher. This encouraged me to research further into this procedure. There were options of bariatric surgery and after careful consideration choose the gastric bypass as my choice. Individuals will choose what they feel will suit them and their lifestyle. The gastric bypass met all my requirements to sustain long term weight loss with the correct eating plan and diet. I have to add that the word diet to me is scary so I like to think of myself on a change of life and life choices with food. I researched many companies and discovered Novemed to have great comments from patients along with another company. I contacted two companies but found the response from Novemed to be the more productive. I received a lot of information along with the human touch. So my choice was made. Novemed made the arrangements very easy and introduced me to staff via media. I felt already very welcomed by them and any questions were welcomed and responded to. Throughout my preparation help was always at hand. It is daunting going to another country for surgery but don’t let that get in your way as it’s all part of the experience. The day of my tests I was met by Adfag (please excuse if I have the spelling incorrect). She stayed with me through all of the tests making communication easy and she was exceptional at her job again with the human touch. The nursing staff were amazing, very attentive (and very beautiful). Communication can still be addressed either by translation on phone or gestures. They made me and my partner feel very comfortable. After the operation I felt. Wow it’s over and I feel fine. Yes you get soreness and uncomfortable but it gets better each hour, each day. By day two I was up walking around feeling extremely happy. The surgeon visited myself for check ups and was again very attentive. My care was faultless through out. They really do show they care. Dr Necdec Derici (again apologies for spelling errors). Takes pride in his work as after all we are the ones demonstrating his skills by our success stories. So my story is just beginning and I cannot thank him and the staff enough for giving me the opportunity to change my life. I am at the hotel now on day four, concentrating on my protein intake etc ready to fly home tomorrow. I feel extremely excited about the future. Thank you to Dr. Derici and all the hospital staff.

My experience from the 1st contact with Cansu was excellent. Nothing was too much to ask her and there was nothing she did not already deal with to make your trip effortless, from arranging the transport to pick me up and then to drop me off at the airport. And then a very big thank you to the translator Erva, she is simply amazing. She was there to meet me the moment I arrived at the hospital, and she was still there when I was discharged. The nurses were lovely too, checking up on me all the time. A very special thank you for Cansu, Erva and Dr Cengiz Ertan that carried out my surgery. I can definitely recommend Apera.

I had my surgery ten days ago and this was so easy no pain and I started to walk immediately after the operation 5 days later I started to work again but you do not have to wait, after 5 days you can start to work again. Now I lost weight and this continues. I feel happy since then.

I've had my treatment with Prof. Dr. Ahmet Ziya Balta and he was amazing. Clinic Center stuff, travel coordinators, field coordinators and drivers. They are all stunning and supportive. I'm very happy that I chose Clinic Center for my treatment. I can't wait to see my results! Thank you guys.

Great clinic recommend 100% from the start to departure everything neat. Not always high prices give you great service, here they prove that you can get everything done perfectly without over paying! All people super kind, doctor and your personal assistant speak fluent English so communication is not a problem. I have done breast augmentation with Dr Alper Burak- great person, explained to me everything, differences in methods, implant sizes and types, showed me 3D simulations under and above the muscle in 3 different sizes. From the beginning I was pick-up with a friend from airport by limousine only for us 2. Transferred to the hotel and on the way, blood test examination was done. Next day I arrived at the clinic and met about 5 different people which were taking care of me. Everyone was super nice. My guest got 2-course meal for dinner even though I couldn’t eat anything before surgery. I got my meal and his 2nd meal after surgery. That was surprising! After all paperwork and preparation for surgery I had consultation with the doctor. I got associated with my assistant Eyüp who was under the call 24/7 for whole 6-night stay in case anything would happen or if I’d feel bad or sick. Plus I can call him if I have any concerns up to 1 year after surgery if I have any concerns. That’s great! Whole surgery took 2hrs but it felt like seconds under general anaesthesia. I felt so good I didn’t stay for 1 night in hospital but I could. I came back to the hotel after 4hrs for my own wish. I got antibiotics, painkillers, and creams for scar. Also I came back to hotel with compressing bra and compressing tights which I could keep. 3 days later I had a consultation with the doctor and changed dressing from stitches, everything was great no problems. So I could enjoy the rest of the stay at the hotel and do a bit of sightseeing around as I was able to go for a walk the very next day. The hotel was great, good food, nice people. We got transfers between hotel and clinic and airport included. Now I’m over week post op at home and I’m feeling great. Everything is healing correctly and I cannot wait for final results. Plus I think I’ll be back to the clinic for something else in the future. Highly recommend!

I am so happy that choose SAM Patient Services, they offer and do deliver excellent service. In fact they have exceeded my expectations. From the very first communication, representative Berfin, was my rock and got me through this process. Arranging Transfer to/from airport in the private car, checking in and out of the hotel, arranging accompanying me in every singe appointment in clinic and offering translation when needed and making sure I was taken to the room and meeting my Surgeon Dr Serhat Buldur and the Anaesthetist, and even visiting me in hospital bringing me water and juices, displaying care and attention. My every single question was answered before and after. I felt confident all the way. If I ever need another procedure, I will most definitely will use SAM Patient Services again and again.

I had a wonderful experience with this organisation. Everyone was fantastic, the doctor was great, and Eron the Assistant was lovely. The icing on the cake was Ayse, she went over and beyond to ensure I was comfortable both pre and post-surgery. Even when I had to return for a slight correction, I didn't pay a dime and my hotel was also catered for. Ayse took me to the salon and signposted me to all I needed. Thanks to this great team!

Went for a gastric balloon and I got a special and great service and attention from moment 1! Pick up from airport and staff was incredibly amazing.. attentive. Hotel provided with an excellent view and pick up from hotel to hospital was even better! Hospital attention was 10/10 they are all kind and attentive. Special thanks to the host Irem which has absolutely amazing! Kind and helpful giving excellent tips. Highly recommended! I hope to see them soon!

I was a very unhealthy, unhappy man weighing 149.23 kg. At 46 years old I had my first heart attack. At 48 years old I was diagnosed with angina. My weight was killing me. In September 2022 the NHS turned me down for Surgery for the 4th time. I knew someone local who had been to Turkey and lost a huge amount of weight so I went to see him and I got the contact details. I sent a message via instagram to Dr Metin Karadeniz and Sezen, his co-ordinator got straight back to me via WhatsApp. She answered all my questions without hesitation, checking details with doctors about my heart issues and medication. We agreed to schedule surgery for the following week. I booked the flights and 5 days later they picked me up from Izmir airport. I was taken to a decent hotel for the first night and then they took me to the hospital the next morning. Sezen met me there and took me to see all the different doctors for every test you can imagine. Heart, lungs, x-ray, ultrasound, mental health: everything was checked. I felt well cared for and the level of professionalism was excellent. I met Dr Metin Karadeniz before the operation and we had a chat. I felt completely at ease. I went down early afternoon and woke up back in my private hospital room. I was walking a few hours later with very minimal pain. The staff came and checked on me regularly and gave me IV fluids. I spent the next three days in hospital, walking and following their post operative regime. When Dr Metin discharged me I went back to the hotel for a few days, enjoying walking around Ismir. I went for a checkup at his clinic with him and the nutritionist before returning home to England. It has now been 10 weeks since surgery and I have lost 30.39kg! I feel so much healthier, I no longer have sleep apnea, my cholesterol has come down from 6.7 to 3.5, my HbA1c is down to 33. My BMI was 46.94 and is now 35.8. I was a 48” waist and I’m now a 40”. This has been the best gift I have ever given myself. It has saved my life. If you are big/unhappy/struggling……. Don’t hesitate. It’s not a magic wand and the new lifestyle isn’t easy but it is life-changing. Thank you to the whole team.

I can’t recommend this place enough! From the moment I stepped off the plane I was looked after and made to feel so welcome and safe. The surgeons were absolutely amazing, the nurses were attentive and so caring, I don’t have a bad word to say. If your like me and looking for a safe place outside the u.k to have surgery and change your life this the place to go. I will definitely be going back if I need any body contouring after I lose all this weight!

Highly recommend. I had a gastric ballon six months ago. I lost 20 kg with the support and great advices from Dietitian Nur. Dr Kaplan is a very good doctor with huge experience and always want the best option for patient. It was a good experience. Also good value for money.

What can I say but Wow clincton is an amazing company. Our representative was Seline and she was so kind, supportive and patient with my daughter and I. My daughter had an operation too and Seline even scrubbed up and went into the operating room with her as she was so nervous. This meant she missed lunch and was at the hospital for hours with her. She was always on call and got all our answers immediately. So kind to us both and Bella and appreciate her so much. The surgeons for both mine and Bella were absolutely brilliant. My result was so natural and I feel and look ten years younger. My daughter’s surgery was done a by an expert with. Perfect results I can thank you Seline and the whole team at Clincton. I had gastric sleeve surgery in Istanbul with Dr Bora along with my aunt. He did a great job with quick recovery and a very clean and caring staff. Nice hospital would definitely recommend.
