The employees were interested, I was really nervous the doctors were helping me to relax. I was not faced with a problem about English, there was not any question left in my mind. Before the operation, the expert doctor explained the whole procedure, I asked all my questions and he/she responded. I'm overjoyed. Thank you everyone!!! You took care of me very well.

I’ve just recently had the gastric sleeve with Novemed in Istanbul and I can’t speak highly enough of them. From the moment I stepped off the plane until the day I left the hospital I was treated with so much care. It was the cleanest hospital I’ve ever been in and the hotel is amazing also. Had a great experience at Apera clinic in Istanbul. The whole process was seamless. My co-ordinator CanKaraKoc was amazing from start to finish. He answered all my questions usually within an hour of messaging. He met me at the clinic and put me at total ease. I had messages from him with all information needed as well as messages of support. I had my gastric sleeve on 06/06/23. The hospital was immaculate and the staff was very attentive. The language barrier was not an issue as the interpreter John was on hand to help. John was amazing. Such a massive support and was there for each of us in when wakening up from surgery in our rooms. He made the whole process so much easier and more comfortable. He really is a credit to Apera. Would I recommend Apera? 100% yes. Great value and great service and care. There were some people in our group who travelled alone and luckily we all struck a great friendship so supported each other through. It’s definitely not a journey I would want to take alone.

I've received a stomach treatment procedure from Dr Gull and since the last month, I've seen a considerable reducing on my appetite and have lost 8 pounds. I've been feeling much more energetic and fresh. The first day, I had a bit of an upset stomach but it got better swiftly. Despite just staying in Turkey for 2 nights as I had business commitments to attend, it was well worth the journey.

My experience with Vanity was great. Everything was top notch and professionally organized. Drivers were always on time. Dr. Giray Genc was very professional. He knows what he was doing. Best surgeon I am very satisfied with my results so far. Volkan was also very helpful with all my questions. All my questions were answered within an hour and on point. I am so happy that choose SAM Patient Services, they offer and do deliver excellent service. In fact they have exceeded my expectations. From the very first communication, representative Berfin, was my rock and got me through this process. Arranging Transfer to/from airport in the private car, checking in and out of the hotel, arranging accompanying me in every singe appointment in clinic and offering translation when needed and making sure I was taken to the room and meeting my Surgeon Dr Serhat Buldur and the Anaesthetist, and even visiting me in hospital bringing me water and juices, displaying care and attention. I had a breast implant and uplift. From the minute we were picked up at the airport and until we flew home, everyone involved in….the planning. The surgeon, aftercare, nurses were all amazing. I was so nervous before arriving, but as soon as I arrived Irem was there and led me through every step of the way , the care I received from the staff was amazing … I was constantly being checked in on , changing my bedding and giving me medication, my mum who came with me for free received 3 hot meals a day. Overall really happy with my experience with the hospital and all the staff

Right from enquiring about this surgery the clinic has been immensely helpful and communication has been great. The surgery went well and aftercare was 5* I felt at ease & comfortable throughout. Even afterwards the team have been there for any queries I have had. I’m currently 19 weeks post-op (mini bypass) and 37kg down so far 😁

I had the operation 11 weeks ago. Perfect results. 19 kg less, never hungry and so far no problems. Above all, wonderful people. From the very beginning until today. Great team, wonderful and professional doctor who literally every one of my slightest doubts immediately knew how to remove it with a great explanation. The most important thing is that everything that was said and agreed upon before the operation is being implemented to this day. Nur and Dr. Kaplan are always here, literally 24/7 for every question I have. One big thank you for the new life. They are recommended everywhere because they definitely deserve it!!!

I flew from the UK 14/02/24 for loop bibartician, Faith the co ordinator was amazing from me querying to booking everything, didnt hesitate to answer any of my questions at all. The transfer was there ready and waiting, took us straight to the hospital. I was booked in and taken up to my room. The hospital, ward was absolutely spotless, me and my auntie was given a 3 course meal straight away at 9pm and I had to fast from midnight. I Cannot fault the care I had from start to finish, the nurses were exceptional and couldn't do enough, Doctor Bora is one of the nicest gentlemen I have ever met, I saw him quite a lot throughout my stay during my pre-ops, surgery and post-surgery, the dietician was so lovely and went through my diet plans with me and even organised for me to have protein powder delivered to my room(£35 for 30 servings) The pre op tests were so thorough and the whole experience of going down to theatre on surgery day 16th was completely professional. Faith messaged me good luck for my operation and messaged to see how I was after. I cannot fault anything and my whole experience was way more than expected .. Im now 6 days post op and feeling so good cant wait to have my first weigh in tomorrow. No regrets at all .. Go for it!
