I approached Witty Pask and Buckingham after months of excruciating sciatica. My GP practice had referred me to a physiotherapist who offered telephone contact only and subsequent online exercise guides. I was in agony and Jeanette Buswell at this clinic offered me the soonest appointment. When I arrived, with severe shoulder pain, but was immediately assured that a full assessment should show the problem and then hopefully a resolution. The problem was soon identified and within 10 minutes I was receiving physio. It was hard but 45 minutes later I was leaving with lots of relief and a good plan how to avoid this recurring. A nerve was apparently trapped in C6 due to arthritis in my neck. If I followed the recommendations I should see improvements in 3 or 4 days, and I can see results already, just 48 hours later I am truly on the mend.
