Only had first session today so unable to review effectiveness yet but pleased to have a custom exercise plan Very pleased with the assessment of my hip. Georgie was very knowledgeable and identified issues that I could work on to help with the hip problem that recently started. Gave me confidence that I could help myself to get out of bad gait habits if I applied myself to the exercises.

I ruptured a muscle in my calf which was very painful and debilitating and annoying as I did it during a session with my personal trainer! I contacted Physio works as she had dealt with my husband's neck condition earlier in the year very successfully. The treatment began the day I telephoned and I instantly felt a little better. Slowly but surely and with ultra sound and massage the affected area is recovering and I feel a lot better. I was given good advice about how to treat my injury and how to support it.

Attended Pall Mall Physio with ongoing pain in my lower back. I've had this problem for a few years now having seen many different physios and health professionals and even consultants with no success. From my very first visit I was reassured by Paddy about my problems and that together we would improve things. Paddy carried a detailed examination both verbal and manual (more detailed than ever before) he took extra time to explain what he was doing and why he was looking for these things (all of which made perfect sense). From this, we drew up a structured treatment plan aimed towards me achieving my goals, to reduce my pain and ultimately to facilitate a successful returning to running. Through a consistent combination of manual therapy, education and a structured exercise program I began to see improvements. I pleased to say that my pain has now been abolished and I'm back on the road clocking up those miles without the fear of injury and pain. I cannot speak more highly of my treatment, management and time spent with the guys at Pall Mall Physio. Their professionalism, attention to detail and honesty made my experience 100% positive. I would highly recommend going to see Paddy and the guys at Pall Mall Physio if your in pain and struggling to achieve your goals, you'll be safe hands.

As an insured and registered member of the British Acupuncture Council (9 years), Christine has helped many individuals, since graduating from Salford University with a degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Acupuncture can be highly effective for pain relief and stress related disorders. More than that, because the needles direct energy they will help your body to heal, in a side-effect free manner. Acupuncture also works alongside Western Medicine. 
Fertility Acupuncture From £40
Traditional Chinese Acupuncture is a useful aid to fertility treatment. It is also used to enhance IVF. Its main use is to draw the circulation of energy  and blood to the uterus. However, acupuncture is also a relaxant and where adrenaline can be reduced, this may enhance the chances of a successful pregnancy. Within the treatment package, I also teach yoga for fertility and relaxation techniques. IVF treatment, in particular is stressful and it is important that adrenaline levels are modified as far as possible. The cost of a treatment package is £120 for each course of 5 treatments. Phase 1 (preparation stage) Treatments take place on a weekly basis to encourage circulation of qi and blood. Phase 2 (hormones are down regulated) Treatment is aimed at side effects and relaxaation. Phase 3 (hormonal stimulation) During this phase I rely on feed-back from the hospital/patient and work to support treatment given.  Phase 4 (retrieval) One treatment before oocyte retrieval. Phase 5 (transfer stage) One treatment before and one treatment after transfer, each as close as possible to transfer.

I occasionally have lower back problems because of a stiff spine. 1 20 minute manipulation gives immediate relief and within 2/3 days, after the inflammation has gone, right as rain. As far as the value of the treatment I considered it excellent. The location was easy to find. Times of appointments are very flexible. Welcoming reception area. The diagnosis and treatment was thoroughly explained. The treatment itself was respectful, courteous and professional
